In order to solve the problem of selecting the seed guide tube of the seed-clamping and metering device when the operation speed of the sub-high-speed corn seeder is 8-12 km/h,which type of seed guide tube is more suitable for the seeding operation under the sub-high-speed condition through different factors,so as to meet the operation requirements.This paper takes 14 ° and 16 ° angle seed guide tubes as the research object,and determines the working principle and reasonable operating parameters through a variety of test methods and means such as high-speed camera technology,JPS-16 type seed metering device performance test bench,performance comparison test,etc.,and carries out verification,providing reference for the optimization design of sub-high-speed corn precision seeder and supporting seed guide tubes.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Study on physical characteristics of maize seedsThree kinds of corn with different types and different sizes,which are widely planted in Heilongjiang Province,were selected as the research objects,and their material properties were measured and analyzed.The physical and mechanical properties of different types of corn seeds under different conditions,such as the specific parameters of the foundation,are obtained,which provides basic data and reliable reference for the subsequent comparative experimental study of the fingerclip precision metering device and the different angle types of seed guide components.(2)Comparative analysis of the movement of maize seeds in the process of seed delivery under 14 ° and 16 ° guide tubesLeverage PCO.dimax CS high-speed camera and JPS-16 type seed-metering device performance test bench carry out measurement tests on two different angle seed-guiding components;The movement process of corn seeds in two different angles of seed guide tubes(14°and 16° respectively;the included angle in the vertical and horizontal directions)was tracked and photographed by high-speed camera.The tilt angle was 0°-20°,the operating speed was8~12km/h(the rotation speed of the seed clamp metering device(44~66r/min),and the height from the ground was 10mm-50 mm as the test factors,Under the same other conditions,the comparative test was carried out to obtain the grain migration trajectory and velocity diagram under different conditions for observation and analysis,and then the data were compared through the JPS-16 type seed metering device performance test bench.Finally,it was found that the seed metering performance of the 14 ° seed guide tube was better than that of the 16 ° seed guide tube under sub-high-speed conditions,thus effectively improving the operation quality.(3)Bench test of seed guide performance of 14 ° seed guide tubeTaking the operating speed,tilt angle,and height from the ground as the test factors,and taking the pass rate,replay rate,missed seeding rate,and coefficient of variation as the performance indicators,the single factor and three factors and five levels orthogonal rotation tests were carried out on the 14 ° seed guide components.Through the analysis of the orthogonal test results,it is found that the primary and secondary order of the test factors on the qualification rate is: operating speed>ground height>tilt angle;The primary and secondary order of the test factors on the replay rate is: ground height>tilt angle>operation speed;The primary and secondary order of the test factors on the missed seeding rate is: operating speed>ground height>tilt angle.The primary and secondary order of the test factors on the coefficient of variation is: operating speed>ground height>tilt angle.When the operating speed is 9.2 km/h,the tilt angle is 8.9 °,and the height from the ground is 27.8 mm,the pass rate is 95.258%,the replay rate is 2.928%,the missed seeding rate is 1.561%,the coefficient of variation is 13.041%,and the working performance of the seed guide device is the best.
