| Objective:To observe whether silver needle therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of DLSS patients. Methods:In this paper, all patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group(32)was given special intervention which is silver needle therapy, the other group was given conventional treatment(control group),once every 10 days,30 days as a course of treatment. The control group(33)was warm acupuncture group, which was treated with warm acupuncture three times a week for 10 times. Before treatment, record the basic situation of patients and evaluate their condition. After treatment, evaluate the patients again. The VAS score,JOA score and neurogenic claudication walking distance improvement were used to compare between groups. Finally, the safety of this experiment was analyzed. The data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software. If the result showed P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Results:After the intervention, the scores of each item and the distance of neurogenic claudication were higher than those before the intervention, and the statistical results showed that the difference was significant. After a period of intervention, the VAS score and other related scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the other group, and the difference was significant.Experimental shedding occurred in 3 cases. After a period of special intervention, the effective rate was 90.00%(27/30)and78.12%(25/32).It can be seen that after treatment, the difference was significant compared with before. There was no adverse reaction during the whole treatment. Conclusion:Through this experiment and analysis of the results, the following two conclusions are drawn:Silver needle is an effective conservative treatment method in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, and its curative effect is better than warm acupuncture;Silver needle can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms of DLSS patients, such as pain and nerve claudication. |
