| Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of Shenqi Yanshen granule and Niaoduqing granule in delaying the progression of chronic kidney disease(spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome and dampness turbid syndrome or/and blood stasis syndrome)in nondialysis patients,and to explore their effect on renal fibrosis.Methods:The study selected inpatients or outpatients from the Nephrology Department of Chongqing of traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to December 2021 and randomly divided them into observation group and control group.The observation group was given basic treatment plus Shenqi Yanshen granule,and the control group was given basic treatment plus Niaoduqing granule.The overall efficacy,efficacy and safety indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and SPSS26.0 statistical analysis was used.Results:68 cases were completed,34 cases in the observation group and 34 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in general data(age,sex and course of disease),TCM syndrome score,renal function and renal fibrosis index before treatment(p>0.05),but the baseline was consistent.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 8 8.24%and 67.65%respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05),indicating that the overall curative effect of Shenqi Yanshen granule was better than that of Niaoduqing.After treatment,the effective rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group and the control group was 79.41%and 5 5.88%respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.0 5),indicating that the effect of Shenqi Yanshen granule in improving TCM syndrome was better than that of Niaoduqing granule.After treatment,the indexes of renal function and renal fibrosis were significantly lower than those before treatment(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05),suggesting that both drugs could improve renal function and renal fibrosis.and the effect is the same.The incidence of adverse events in Shenqi Yanshen granule was significantly lower than that in Niaoduqing granule(p<0.05),hich suggested that Shenqi Yanshen granule was more safe.Conclusion:Shenqi Yanshen granule is effective and safe in delaying the progression of disease,and it may inhibit renal tubule and interstitial fibrosis by regulating the expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Platelet Derived Growth Factor. |
