Zhishi Xiebaiguizhi Decoction Combined With Danshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris Caused By Cuspid-qi And Blood Stasis

Objective:The clinical practice is to treat the phlegm and blood stasis type of Zhishi Xiebaiguizhi Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction.The clinical efficacy of the treatment of angina pectoris is to make a negligible contribution to the inheritance of TCM,and to provide a more effective method for patients to relieve the pain.Method:Patients with unstable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease were enrolled in the emergency ward of the West Hospital District of Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2016.9 to 2018.6.The patients with syndrome of sputum sputum sputum syndrome and who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study were selected.60 cases were randomly divided into:A control group:conventional Western medicine treatment(antiplatelet and anticoagulation,stable plaque,reverse myocardial remodeling,etc.)B experimental group:conventional Western medicine treatment(antiplatelet and anticoagulation,stable plaque,reversal)Myocardial remodeling,etc.)plus phlegm and white peony root soup combined with Danshen drink.The treatment period is 28 days.Observe the general safety indicators before and after treatment in the two groups,such as blood routine,liver function(ALT,AST),renal function,urine routine,fasting blood glucose,etc.,as well as curative indicators:(1)TCM symptom scores(2)ECG(3)blood lipids,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,myocardial enzymes,each examination before and after treatment(4)GRACE score.Corresponding results analysis was performed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM single symptoms were decreased in the two groups(P<0.05).There were differences in electrocardiogram between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05).There was a decrease in CRP after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).The myocardial enzymes in both groups were reduced after treatment.The difference(P>0.05);the overall level of GRACE scores in the two groups decreased from high risk to intermediate risk after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the patient safety index was better during the treatment,no obvious adverse reactions,and No sudden deterioration of the disease.Conclusion:1.Zhishi Baiguizhi Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine treatment is more conducive to alleviating the clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram performance of patients with unstable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease,improving the quality of life of patients with angina pectoris,improving patients’ quality of life and relieving patients.Inflammatory reaction in vivo,safety is better;2.Zhishi Baiguizhi Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine treatment and simple Western medicine treatment can improve blood lipid index and myocardial injury index in patients with unstable angina pectoris The patient’s disease risk level was not significantly different between the two.
