Research On The Regularity Of Medication Used By Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners In Treating Bradyarrhythmia Based On Data Minin

Purpose: This study was conducted by collecting and collating medical cases of famous old TCM doctors for the treatment of bradycardiac arrhythmia,using a combination of statistical analysis and computer data analysis,to summarize and analyze the characteristics of their identification and classification of bradycardiac arrhythmia and the rules of medication,in order to explore the connection between disease,evidence,prescription and medicine,and to provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: Medical cases of famous old TCM doctors treating bradycardiac arrhythmia in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM database and related books were collected,and statistical analysis was conducted on disease types,syndrome elements of TCM,drug frequency and efficacy,channel tropism and four Qi and five flavors of drugs,drug association rules and syndrome-drug association rules by using Excle and Rstudio software.To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of the disease and the characteristics of the law of medicine.Results:1.The number of bradycardiac arrhythmia disease types from high to low is: sinus bradycardia,sick sinus syndrome,and atrioventricular block.Among the syndrome elements of TCM,the frequency of yang deficiency ranks first,followed by blood stasis and qi deficiency,while blood deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm turbidity,water dampness,cold condensation and qi stagnation are relatively rare,indicating that the pathogenesis of the disease is caused by yang deficiency and blood blood stasis,qi deficiency and blood stasis are the main factors,which have the characteristics of virtual and real,and mixed with virtual and real.2.The drugs for the treatment of bradycardiac arrhythmia involved 204 traditional Chinese medicines,with a cumulative frequency of 2248 times.The top ten drugs in frequency were Salvia,Licorice,Guizhi,Aconite,Astragalus,Chuanxiong,Angelica,Asarum,Ephedra and Codonopsis.In the classification of drugs,the use of tonic drugs ranks first,among which the tonic qi drugs had the highest flavor and frequency,followed by blood activating and stasis removing drugs,drugs for relieving exterior disorder and interior-warming drug.3.For the treatment of bradycardiac arrhythmia,the properties of drugs are mainly warm drugs,followed by cold drugs and flat drugs;the flavors of drugs are mainly sweet drugs,followed by pungent and bitter drugs;The main channel tropism of drugs are heart meridian,lung meridian,spleen meridian,liver meridian,kidney meridian and stomach meridian.4.The association rule analysis based on Apriori algorithm shows that the two drug combinations are Chuanxiong-Salvia,Asarum-Aconite,Ephedra-Aconite,Chishao-Salvia,Safflower-Salvia,Schisandra-Ophiopogon,Safflower-Chuanxiong,Safflower-Astragalus;28 groups of three-drug combinations,involving 12 drugs of Licorice,Astragalus,Guizhi,Aconite,Ephedra,Asarum,Chuanxiong,Salvia,Angelica,Poria,Safflower and Codonopsis;5 groups of four-drug combinations,involving Salvia,Aconite,Guizhi,Astragalus,Licorice,Ephedra and Asarum 7 drugs;the top three drug pairs in support are Chuanxiong-Salvia,Asarum-Aconite,Ephedra-Aconite and the drug combination with 100% confidence is Safflower,Astragalus-Salvia.According to the order of confidence from high to low,the core drugs are Salvia,Astragalus,Guizhi and Aconite.5.The drugs strongly associated with the elements of the yang deficiency syndrome are: Aconite,Licorice,Asarum,Ephedra,Guizhi,Dried ginger,Epimedium and Astragalus;the drugs strongly associated with the elements of the blood stasis syndrome are Salvia,Safflower,Poria,Astragalus,Guizhi,Ephedra,Pinellia;the drugs strongly associated with qi deficiency syndrome elements are Astragalus,Licorice,Codonopsis,Salvia,Angelica,Lycium barbarum,Polygala,Guizhi.Conclusion:1.The main TCM symptoms of bradycardiac arrhythmia are qi deficiency,blood stasis and yang deficiency,with a mixture of deficiency and reality.The disease is located in the heart and involves the lung,spleen,liver and kidney.2.The drugs used by famous old TCM doctors for the treatment of this disease are more concentrated,with tonic qi drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,drugs for relieving exterior disorder and interior-warming drug as the main drug categories,Astragalusi,Gui Zhi,Aconite and Salvia as the core drugs and at the same time,according to clinical evidence,additional drugs are used to nourish yin,promoting qi,calm the mind and resolve phlegm,in order to achieve the effect of treating both the symptoms and the symptoms.3.When treating bradycardiac arrhythmia,famous old TCM doctors use calm medicine,mostly warm drugs,not too many hot drugs,the taste of medicine is mostly pungent and sweet,pungent and sweet to cure yang,bitter and cold to cure the symptoms.4.The basic pathogenesis of this disease is based on both "deficiency" and "stasis",which is the evidence of deficiency at its origin and actuality at its symptoms.The key to the disease is the deficiency of heart energy and the internal growth of blood stasis.The principle of treatment should be to nourishe qi and help yang,and activate the blood to remove blood stasis.5.The drugs involved in the rules of association between drugs and between syndromes and drugs are all high-frequency drugs and the specific efficacy of the drugs involves tonifying qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,interior-warming and dispersing cold,etc.
