| In recent years, with the increase of the outbreaks of infectious diseases, the work of disease prevention and control has become more severe. The diagnosis and treatment building is a key project for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Compared with ordinary real estate projects, the construction of diagnosis and treatment building projects in hospital have unique characteristics.Their constructions need to be highly specialized, and they have special usage functions. At the same time, they also have high requirements to the facilities, environment, energy conservation, environmental protection, lighting, ventilation, and other aspects. The constructions’ processes involve many cross working areas, and the large workload of project delivery, acceptance, and handover leads to high risks in the construction process of diagnosis and treatment building,Effective risk management is required. Therefore,it is extremely necessary to conduct risk management research on the diagnosis and treatment building project of M Hospital. This paper focuses on the M Hospital Clinic Building project and starts with a review of literature on risk management in construction projects. It compares the workflow and risk control practices between the clinic building project and general construction projects at different stages, and determines the current status of risk control in clinic building projects. Then, based on this, risk identification is carried out for the M Hospital Clinic Building project by combining literature research and case analysis.A preliminary list of 20 risk factors is generated, including four categories: management, policy, technology, and economic. Then, the Delphi method is used to obtain a final list of 18 risk factors for the project.Subsequently,a comprehensive risk identification is conducted for the four categories of factors, and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and improved set pair analysis method are applied to calculate the weights of the four types of risk factors. The top five factors with the greatest impact on the project are identified as: risks related to the safety of medical staff and patients, risks of excessive use of construction materials, risks due to lack of operational management experience, risks of unclear interface design for medical specialties, and risks of incomplete disclosure of drawings.Based on this, the risk level of the M Hospital Clinic Building project is evaluated using a risk assessment cloud model, and the overall construction risk is classified as level two, indicating an acceptable level of risk. However,it is necessary to strengthen risk management and control during the construction process. Finally, response strategies for the four categories of risk factors are proposed for the M Hospital Clinic Building project. This paper conducts risk management evaluation on the diagnosis and treatment building project of M Hospital,it has provided the certain reference for similar hospital project construction and risk management research. |
