Exploring The Medication Rules Of Professor Dong Bo In Treating Coronary Heart Disease (chest Pain And Heart Pain) Combined With Insomnia From The Perspective Of Six Channels Syndrome Differentiatio

Purpose:Through retrospective analysis,this paper summarized the distribution characteristics of six channels of coronary heart disease(chest paralysis and heartache)combined with insomnia,and analyzed the medication rules of Professor Dong Bo in treating coronary heart disease(chest paralysis and heartache)combined with insomnia.Materials and methods: A total of 266 patients treated by Professor Dong Bo in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were collected.Among them,the medical records of 159patients(53 males and 106 females)meeting the criteria were selected according to the diagnostic,inclusion and exclusion criteria of Chinese and Western medicine.The statistical software Excel,IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to analyze the disease through data mining technology.The distribution characteristics of six channels of coronary heart disease(chest paralysis and heartache)combined with insomnia were summarized and the medication rules in the treatment of Professor Dong Bo were analyzed.Results:1.Among the 159 medical records of coronary heart disease(chest numbness and heartache)combined with insomnia treated by Professor Dong Bo,there were 57 cases of Shaoyang Taiyin combined disease distributed in six channels,accounting for 36% of the total cases;49cases of Shaoyin combined disease,accounting for 31% of the total cases;and 26 cases of Shaoyang combined disease,accounting for 16% of the total cases.2.Professor Dong Bo used a total of 133 traditional Chinese medicines to treat coronary heart disease(chest paralysis and heartache)combined with insomnia,and the total frequency of drug use was 3019 times.Among them,34 drugs were used for ≥30 times,and the frequency of use was 1937,accounting for 67.45% of the total frequency of use.There were 10 kinds of drugs with frequency ≥80 times,which were osmanthus twig,sundried licorice,poria cocos,Tangerine peel,salvia miltiorrhiza,Fructus aurantii,pinellia pinellia,sour jujube kernel,lily and Radix polygonatum.3.Among the drugs used by Professor Dong Bo to treat coronary heart disease(chest obstruction and heartache)combined with insomnia,spleen,lung,heart and stomach channels were the most common;The four qi of drugs are mainly warm;Among the five tastes of medicine,bitter taste,sweet taste and hot taste are the most common.4.Professor Dong Bo commonly used sandalwood--Fructus ambrosium,Fructus Trichosanthes--Allium macrostemon,Poria coia--bitter almond,Acorus calamus--Radix polygonum,keel--Oyster,Bupleurum--Radix scutellariae,lily--Rehmanniae,Paeoniae radix--Radix angelica;Professor Dong’s commonly used formulations include Danshen Decoction,Zhishi Macrostemon Baiguizhi Decoction,Kaixin SAN Decoction and Chaihu Keel Oyster Decoction.Conclusion:1.Coronary heart disease(chest arthralgia heartache)combined with insomnia in the distribution of six meridian disease: Shaoyang Taiyin disease,Shaoyin disease,Shaoyang disease is the most common.2.The medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicines used by Professor Dong Bo to treat coronary heart disease(chest obstruction and heartache)combined with insomnia are mainly warm drugs,with "bitter","sweet" and "occinative" drugs as the main drugs,and the main channels of spleen,heart,lung and stomach;Common drugs were cassia twig,processed licorice,poria,Tangerine peel,salvia miltiorrhiza,Fructus aurantii,pinellia pinellia,sour jujube kernel,lily,Radix polygonatum;The commonly used pairs were sandalwood--Fructus ambrosa,Fructus trichosanthes--Allium macrostemon,Poria cocos--bitter almond,calamus--Radix polygonatum,keel--Oyster,Bupleurum--Scutellaria,lily--Rehmannia,Paeoniae radix--Angelica;The commonly used formulas were Danshen Decoction,Zhishi Allium Baiguizhi Decoction,Kaixin SAN Decoction and Chaihu Keel Oyster Decoction.
