Purpose:Based on the theory of simming-pus and muscle generation,the clinical effect of Yixiaogao combined with Zhihujiao,a new dressing,on pain,bleeding,edema and wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids surgery was observed,and a new idea of wound dressing change after mixed hemorrhoids surgery was explored by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.Material and method : Sixty patients admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 who underwent external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids were selected as the selected type of this study and included cases.Sixty eligible patients were randomly divided into 2 groups by random number table method.The treatment group was Yixiaogao combined Zhihujiao group,and the control group was pure Zhihujiao group.Postoperative wound pain degree,wound bleeding,wound edema,wound granulation tissue growth complications of the two groups were compared,and wound healing rate and wound healing time at different time points were compared,and clinical efficacy was evaluated.Both groups were treated with a7-day course of treatment,observation and comparison were conducted after the two courses,and follow-up was conducted 3 weeks and 4 weeks after the surgery,and relevant data of patients were recorded.All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS26.0,and a conclusion was drawn.Results:1.Among the 60 patients selected,there was no statistical significance in the comparison of general data(gender and age)between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Wound pain: The comparison of pain scores between the treatment group and the control group showed no statistical difference on the 3rd day after surgery(P > 0.05),but showed significant difference on the 7th and 14 th day after surgery(P < 0.05).It can be seen that Yixiaogao combined with Zhihujiao,a new dressing,has a significant pain relief effect on patients in the middle and later stages of mixed hemorrhoids surgery.3.Wound bleeding: The comparison of pain scores between the treatment group and the control group,the analysis of wound bleeding between the treatment group and the control group,showed that the two groups in the 3,7,14 days after the surgery were statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group in the protection of the wound,reduce postoperative wound bleeding compared to the control group has a significant advantage.4.Wound granulation growth: There was no significant difference in granulation scores between the treatment group and the control group on the 3rd day after surgery(P=0.791>0.05).Granulation score analysis and comparison on the 7th and 14 th day after surgery(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that the treatment group could significantly promote the growth of wound granulation after 7 days.5.Wound healing rate: The wound healing rate scores of the two groups were analyzed,and it was found that there was no statistical difference on the 3rd day after surgery(P > 0.05),while statistical difference was found on the 7th and 14 th day after surgery(P < 0.05),indicating that the wound healing speed of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the middle and late postoperative period.6.Comprehensive efficacy: There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the total wound effective rate.Conclusion : In the wound dressing change after mixed hemorrhoids surgery,the application of Yixiaogao combined with new dressing Zhihujiao can effectively promote wound healing,improve wound pain and bleeding,promote the growth of granulation tissue,so as to accelerate postoperative wound recovery and shorten the healing time.This method is easy to operate and has no obvious adverse reactions in clinical application,so it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
