| Purpose: Use data mining technology software to explore the acupoint selection rules of acupuncture in the treatment of atherosclerosis,and investigate the latest hot topics and developments in this area.Materials and methods: From the establishment of the library to December 31,2022,the literature on acupuncture treatment of atherosclerosis was included in the three databases of China Nationa Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wan Fang Standards Database(WFSD),and China Science and Technology Journal Database(CSTJ).The obtained literature was unified in format and the volume fitting curve was drawn by Python software,and the knowledge graph of authors and keywords was drawn and analyzed using CiteSpace software.Clinical trial literature was screened and an acupoint database was established using Microsoft Excel 2019 software.The frequency of acupoint use,attribution,and specific acupoints were analyzed,and an association network diagram was drawn using SPSS Modeler18.0 software.Finally,the cluster tree diagram was created using SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results:1.CiteSpace visualizes the results: A total of 328 articles were included this time,and the number of papers published in this research direction showed an overall growth trend.There are 190 institutions belonging to the authors,and 412 research scholars led by Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine have published articles,represented by Yue Zenghui,Haro and Chang Xiaorong.There were 148 keywords,of which 10 were high-frequency keywords with frequencies greater than 4,and the highest frequency was electroacupuncture and acupuncture;Keyword clustering formed 10 cluster labels,and the main research directions included the selection of acupuncture treatment for atherosclerosis,biological mechanism and treatment of comorbid conditions.2.The results of the rule of point selection: This article included 82 clinical research articles,including 82 acupuncture prescriptions,involving a total of 92 acupoints.The total frequency of acupoint use was 410 times.The acupoints with the highest frequency of use are Zusanli, Neiguan,Baihui,Fenglong,etc.;There were 14 meridians involved,and the Zuyang Ming gastric meridian was used the most frequently,up to 90 times,accounting for 22.00%,followed by the supervising pulse,up to 60 times,accounting for 14.67%;The five infusion points were the specific acupoints with the highest frequency of use,and the combined acupoints were used the most frequently,reaching 68 times,accounting for 21.12%.The highest confidence in the acupuncture pairs are Zusanli-Quchi and Zusanli-Fengchi-Fenglong.Conclusion: 1.The overall trend of research on acupuncture in the treatment of AS is on the rise.2.In terms of the co-emergence exchange of institutions and authors,the core institutions are the University of Chinese Medicine and its affiliated hospitals,and the cooperation between institutions and authors is limited to the local domain,and there is less cross-regional cooperation.3.Based on Cite Space,the research methods of acupuncture in the treatment of atherosclerosis are electroacupuncture,acupuncture,drug septum cake moxibustion and moxibustion,etc.,and the research focus areas include the biological mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of atherosclerosis and the treatment of comorbid diseases.4.Based on data mining,acupuncture for the treatment of atherosclerosis is mainly based on local acupoint extraction and differentiation point extraction,and the meridian selection is mainly based on gastric meridian,supervision pulse and gallbladder meridian;The most frequently used in specific acupoints is the five-loss point,of which the most frequent use is the combined point;The core acupuncture pairs are Zusanli-Quchi,Zusanli-Fengchi-Fenglong. |
