Study On The Medication Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome Based On The Auxiliary System Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance

Purpose:Based on the summation and induction of the cases of phlegm-blood Stasis Syndrome treated by modern Chinese medicine,this paper uses software to excavate the law of drug use and the law of Clinical Syndrome differentiation in the treatment of phlegm-blood Stasis Syndrome in modern Chinese medicine,the characteristics of the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis were summarized according to the nature and taste of drugs,so as to provide basis for clinical drug use and scientific research.Material and method:To collect the literatures of TCM treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome before 2019 in CNKI database,according to the strict standards of literature listing,select the literatures that meet the standards,and input the prescriptions in the literatures into the software,by using the data mining method in the software,the high frequency Chinese medicine combination and the new method are mined.Results:1.According to the statistics of the literature about the treatment of phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome,most of the literature put forward the basic prescription on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and then put forward the plan of adding or subtracting the prescription combined with other diseases according to the concrete clinical characteristics,this topic carries on the data mining work to the Basic Square addition and subtraction medicine.There are 115 basic prescriptions,involving 187 kinds of drugs,the top 15 herbs were Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Pinellia Ternata,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,radix paeoniae Rubra,poria cocos,safflower,licorice,pericarpium Reticularis,radix angelicae sinensis,radix angelicae sinensis,semen curcumae,fructus trichosanthis,macrocephalae macrocephalae,Rhizoma Atractylodis,Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae,embody the treatment of removing blood stasis and phlegm.2.According to the calculation of the total number of basic squares,the support degree is set to 15,that is,the combination with frequency greater than 15 times,and the statistics of the group squares are calculated.Confidence Level set to 0.6.According to frequency,the top 10high-frequency combinations of traditional Chinese medicine were listed,Pinellia Ternata and Salvia Miltiorrhiza were the most common.When the support is 15%,set the confidence to 0.6,when the rule is "allium Macrostemon-& GT;Salvia Miltiorrhiza",the confidence level is up to 80%.A cluster analysis based on unsupervised hierarchical cluster analysis was conducted on 115 first prescriptions used for treating phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and13 new prescriptions were obtained: 1 combination of Allium macrostemon,pericarpium Trichosanthis,acorus TATARINOWII and Rhizoma drynariae,xinfang 2 combination of Agarwood,Dodder,Amethyst,Zihe Che,Xinfang 3 combination of Zedoary,Wang Buliuxing,Prunella Vulgaris,Xiangfu,Xinfang 4 combination of Angelica Sinensis,red peony,Chuanxiong,Angelica Dahurica,xinfang 5 combinations of Polygonum Multiflorum,Polygala Tenuifolia,mint,Yam,Xinfang 6 combinations of Red Peony Root,Dannan star,dried tangerine peel and bupleurum root,Xinfang 7 combinations of coix seed,Frankincense,Gecko and musk,Xinfang 8 combinations of Coix seed,Myrrh,musk and arrowhead,xinfang9 combination of white mustard seed,FRITILLARIA THUNBERGII,Pangolin,Dioscorea Spicata,Xinfang 10 combination of Cassia seed,Alisma Orientalis,prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori and fructus trichosanthis,Xinfang 12 combination of achyranthes Bidentata,radix et Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Pangolin,eupatorium sinensis,herba Leonuri,xinfang 12 Hawthorn,Rhizoma Alismatis,Qing Pinellia,system he shouwu combination,Xinfang 13 Amomum,Tangerine,Angelica,Herba EPIMEDII,polygala combination.3.The Common Diseases in clinical studies that treat phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome are:Coronary heart disease,Metabolic Syndrome,stroke,diabetes,dyslipidemia,hyperplasia of mammary glands,gallstones,dry eye,Steatosis,alcoholic fatty liver disease,hysteromyoma,retinal vein occlusion,acne,asthma,pulmonary heart disease,Arrhythmia,hypertension.Conclusion:It was found that common Chinese medicines for treating phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Pinellia Ternata,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Poria Cocos,safflower,licorice root and dried tangerine peel.The combination of Pinellia Ternata and Salvia Miltiorrhiza was the most common,the clinical treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome mainly by resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation,Xing Qi andHua re type of traditional Chinese medicine and apply it to related diseases.
