Preliminary Development Of A Self-rating Scale For Depressive Disorders Based On Disease Differentiation, Syndrome Differentiation And Syndrome Differentiation In Traditional Chinese And Western Medicin

Objective: Using the method of literature research to determine the item pool of the scale for identifying disease,distinguishing constitution and pattern of syndrome of depressive disorder,and using Delphi method to screen and assign items to form the first draft of the scale,and initially establishing the diagnostic model of the scale to provide the basis for the formulation of the self-rating scale for identifying disease,distinguishing constitution and pattern of syndrome of depressive disorder.Methods:1.Item screening: Using literature research method to determine the item pool of the scale of disease differentiation,constitution differentiation and pattern of syndrome of depression;Subjective screening method was adopted,and three rounds of Delphi expert consultation were used to screen the items to form a scale item pool.2.Item assignment: Judge the contribution degree of each item by calculating its weight,and assign points to the items accordingly.3.Establishment of diagnostic model: Combining the assignment results with the corresponding option scores of the items,the diagnostic model of each dimension is established.Results:1.Form the initial scale of "Self-rating Scale for Differentiating Diseases,Differentiating Styles and Dialectics of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine" with 1 first-class dimension,2 second-class dimensions,12 third-class dimensions and 67 items.2.Complete the assignment of items and initially establish the diagnostic model of the scale.Conclusion: Delphi expert questionnaire survey was used to screen the judgment items,and the final number of items included was: 16 items of disease differentiation,21 items of constitution of TCM differentiation and 30 items of dialectics.This study provided a reliable basis for the reliability and validity analysis of the next scale and the construction of the final scale.
