Clinical Comparative Study Of Shenyu Wash Granules And Decoction Tablets In The Treatment Of Hemorrhoid Surgery By Fumigation And Sitting Bat

Objective: To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of Shenyu lotion traditional Chinese medicine formula granules and traditional Chinese medicine decoction fumigation and sitz bath in the treatment of hemorrhoid postoperative wounds.Methods: The patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).All patients were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and received external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids + automatic hemorrhoid ligation(RPH).From the first day after operation,the corresponding intervention measures were given every day after defecation.The degree of wound pain and edema,the feeling of heaving in anus after defecation and sitz bath on the 1st,3rd,7th and 10 th day after operation,the exudation of gauze in 24 hours,the wound healing rate on the10 th day after operation and the adverse reactions during the intervention were observed and the data were collated.SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in wound pain score,degree of edema,anal heaviness and 24 h gauze exudation score between the two groups on the 1st,3rd,7th and 10 th day after operation(P > 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in wound pain score,degree of edema,anal heaving feeling,and wound exudation score of 24 h between the two groups on the 1st and 10 th day after operation(P < 0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the initial postoperative wound area between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in wound area between the two groups on the 10 th day after operation(P > 0.05).The initial postoperative wound area and the wound area on the 10 th day after the operation were compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the intervention period.Conclusion: By comparing the data of the two groups,Shenyu lotion Chinese medicine formula granules and Chinese medicine decoction can effectively relieve wound pain,edema,anal swelling,reduce wound exudation,promote wound healing after hemorrhoid surgery,and there is no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups.Compared with Chinese medicine decoction,Chinese medicine formula granules are more convenient to use,which is worthy of long-term clinical promotion and application.
