| Purpose:In this article,we collected and sorted out the current 15 local processing standards for Chinese traditional medicine Baiying,and used statistical methods to compare and analyze the key differences between their pharmaceutical standards and medical standar ds;Through textual research on Chinese materia medica,this article traces the essence and connotation of Bai Ying,conducts basic research on traditional literature andhistor ical medication experience to standardize and improve the quality standards of Bai Yi ng’s traditional Chinese medicine slices,and provides valuable reference for further exploring the modern application of Bai Ying.Method:1 Literature research methodUnderstand,organize,and collect relevant laws and regulations through online official website channels,and use modern scientific and technological means to collect the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and local standards of various provinces on paper or electronic materials from online databases;"Query,collect,and organize relevant literature in Chi nese and foreign databases using the keywords of" Chinese herbal decoction standards"," textual research on herbs "," Baiying ",and" local processing standards ";Through t he review and collation of historical literature such as ancient Chinese herbal books,an cient prescriptions,and ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,the historical ap plication context of pharmaceutical items such as the name,properties,and processing of Baiying traditional Chinese medicine slices,as well as medical items such as sexual,taste,meridian tropism,and functional indications,can be traced back to the source,and the medicinal history of Baiying can be objectively and scientifically analyzed.2 Statistical analysis methodThe descriptive statistics were used to collate the various contents of the 15 localstandards for the preparation of baiying decoction pieces,and the differences between the various pharmaceutical and medical items of baiying decoction pieces in different local standards were compared and analyzed through the method of odds ratio.Result:(1)From the development process of recording the national standards and continuously revised and improved local standards for Baiying Chinese herbal decoction pieces,it can be seen that the management of Baiying Chinese herbal decoction pieces standards has exposed issues such as inconsistency between the local processing standards for Baiying Chinese herbal decoction pieces and the ChP standards,inconsistency between the standards for the processing of Baiying Chinese herbal decoction pieces in different regions,incomplete inclusion of items in the processing standards for Baiying Chinese herbal decoction pieces,and unclear issuance systems for local processing standards.(2)Through statistical analysis,the significant differences between the local standard pharmaceutical and medical standard items of Baiying Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction pieces are [Character],[Processing],[Name],[Indications],and [Meridian tropism],respectively.(3)Conduct in-depth research on the standardization of key differences in pharmaceutical standards and medical standards,and provide reasonable suggestions for the standardization of key differences in Baiying local standards through comprehensive argumentation of traditional Chinese medicine properties theory,traditional Chinese medicine processing theory,and traditional Chinese medicine viscera theory.Conclusion:1.Conclusion of textual research on the key differences in local standard pharmacy of Baiying Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction piecesIn terms of name,from the Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,herbal works have always used "Bai Ying" as a medicinal name,and there are many other names for Bai Ying,including Bai Mao Teng,Pai Feng Teng,Pai Feng Cao,Gu Cai,Bai Mu,Guimu,Wang Dong Hong,and Suan Jian Cai.It is recommended to use "Bai Ying" as the correct name for projects with white English names.In terms of traits,through descriptions and comparison of graphs in ancient Chinese herbal books,the white English recorded in ancient Chinese herbal books is consistent with the characteristics of the current Solanaceae plant white English,with white English spreading and stems resembling kudzu;The leaves are hairy,resembling a king melon,with small and long leaves that grow into five branches.The leaves alternate,with three cracks resembling kudzu;Autumn blooms small white flowers;Solid and round,as small as beans and soft,green in color,and as red as coral when cooked.In terms of processing,it has been verified through ancient Chinese herbal books and clinical applications of formulas that there are three main methods of processing white English,namely steaming and boiling,purification,and wine processing.The Baiying steaming and boiling method is mainly used in the treatment of fatigue and heat toxicity,while the Baiying purification method is mainly used in powder to treat various wind diseases.The Baiying liquor method is mainly used to treat rheumatism and pain.2.Conclusion of textual research on the key differences in local medical standards for Baiying Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction piecesIn terms of indications,after textual research on traditional Chinese medicine and reverse validation of the taste and function of Bai Ying,it is recommended that Bai Ying’s indications be described as the treatment of damp heat jaundice,cough,irritable heat,blood drenching,rubella,erysipelas,malaria,cold and heat,pediatric fever,and external use for the treatment of carbuncle and rheumatic pain.In terms of meridian tropism,the meridian tropism is determined based on the visceral attribution method of Bai Ying for diseases.It is recommended that Bai Ying’s meridian tropism items include liver,gallbladder,kidney,and stomach meridians. |
