Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the modified Shengmai Dihuang decoction and objectively evaluate the superiority of Shengmai Dihuang decoction in treating stable COPD patients with lung and kidney qi and yin deficiency syndrome, patients with lung distension, lung and kidney qi and yin deficiency syndrome were given Jiawei Shengmai Dihuang decoction. This provides factual evidence to prove that this plan can improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients with lung distension, lung and kidney qi and yin deficiency syndrome. Methods:The 68 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary stability grade II-III.with pulmonary and renal qiyin deficiency in the second affiliated hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were included in the inpatient and outpatient treatment groups, and 34 patients were divided into treatment group and control group, and the random number table method was used.During the trial, due to force majeure,1 patient was dropped in the treatment group and the control group, and 66 patients were finally completed, with 33 cases each. The treatment group was treated with flavored Dihuang decoction + conventional treatment of Western internal medicine; The control group was treated with conventional treatment in Western internal medicine for a total of 30 days. The clinical symptom score,BODE index, pulmonary ventilation function, blood gas analysis and inflammation index of traditional Chinese medicine were detected on the first day of enrollment and 30 days after treatment.Results:(1)The general data of the two groups were not statistically significant differences before treatment, and the data of the two groups were comparable in basic information such as disease course, smoking history, age, and sex(P>0.05);(2)The TCM syndrome score and CAT score of the treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment, and the effect of the treatment group was better(P<0.05);(3)Both treatment regimens improved lung function, but the effect was 1% on FEV1 There was no significant difference in the effect of Pred(P>0.05),the treatment group had a better effect on FEV1/FVC(P<0.01);(4)In terms of blood gas indexes(Sa O2,Pa O2,Pa CO2),the treatment group and the control group had a certain effect, the treatment group had a better effect(P<0.05);(5)Both groups had a certain effect on BODE index, and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(6)The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.9%,The effective rate of the control group was 69.6%,and the treatment group had a better effect(P<0.01).Conclusion:According to the results of clinical symptom score,CAT score, lung function index, blood gas analysis index, clinical efficacy,BODE index and other results of the patient’s traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms,it can be known that it can improve the conscious symptoms of patients in the stable stage of COPD(lung, kidney,qi and yin deficiency),enhance the patient’s lung ventilation function, and improve the quality of life.
