Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome With Decreased Ovarian Reserve Function By Using Bushenzhuluan Decoction Combined With Fentato

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Bushen Zhuluan Decoction combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Table and its effect on ovarian function in the treatment of patients with decreased ovarian reserve and renal deficiency and blood stasis in patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:Sixty subjects with decreased ovarian reserve and renal deficiency and blood stasis were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral therapy with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Table,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Zhuluan Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the course of treatment was 3 menstrual cycles,and the TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,sex hormone level,Anti-Mullerian Hormone,and Antral follicle count of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:(1)Comparison of comprehensive efficacy: the comprehensive effective rate of the observation group was 93%,the comprehensive effective rate of the control group was 70%,and the overall efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of total points of TCM syndrome: after treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups decreased significantly compared with the previous(P<0.05),and the effect of the observation group in improving TCM syndrome was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of points of TCM syndrome: both groups can improve lumbosacral soreness,dizziness,tinnitus,less abdominal pain during menstruation,hot sweating,The symptoms of irritability,irritability and decreased libido(P<0.05)were not obvious in the control group in improving insomnia,dreaminess,fatigue,complexion and dullness of the lips and nails(P>0.05).The observation group had significantly lower scores of "late menstruation,low menstrual flow,lumbosacral pain,less abdominal pain during menstruation,insomnia and dreams,irritability,and fatigue"(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of serum sex hormones: after treatment,both groups can reduce FSH and LH levels,E2 level increased(P<0.05),but FSH decreased more significantly in the observation group(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of serum AMH level: AMH level(P<0.05)could be increased in both groups after treatment,but the increase was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).(6)Comparison of AFC before and after treatment: the number of antral follicles(P<0.05)was increased in both groups,and the number of antral follicles in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).(7)No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the two groups,and the safety was better.Conclusion:Bushen Zhuluan Decoction combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Table can effectively improve the TCM symptoms and ovarian function of patients with decreased ovarian reserve and renal deficiency and blood stasis,and can effectively regulate the hormone levels in patients.
