| Purpose:To investigate the ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, recurrence rate and safety of LUFS in patients with dyspeptic dyspepsia(renal deficiency-hepatic depressive syndrome)treated with peripheral nephrostimulatory agents,in order to provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment of the disease.Materials and methods:60 LUFS(renal deficiency and hepatic depression)infertility patients who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled at Liaoning Chinese Medical University Hospital between October,2020,and December,2022.They were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and trial group(n=30).They underwent vaginal ultrasound for follicle monitoring during treatment, when the average diameter of follicles reached 18 mm,the trial group was treated with peripheral nephrostimulation plus injection of human chorionic gonadotrophin(HCG)and the control group was treated with pure western HCG.Observed and recorded the ovulatory rate, pregnancy rate,Chinese Medical Symptoms Scale score, anxiety scale score after treatment, and ovulatory rate, pregnancy rate, recurrence of LUFS,Chinese Medical Symptoms Scale score and anxiety scale score after follow-up.Statistical software was used for comparison.Results:1.Comparison of general data:Age,year of infertility, type of infertility,Chinese symptom score, and anxiety scale score were comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of ovulation rate: 71.23% in the post-treatment trial group and 47.56% in the control group;48.15% in the post-treatment trial group and 20.27% in the control group after follow-up.Both groups had higher rates of ovulation than the control group after treatment and follow-up,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the trial group had some advantage in improving the rate of ovulation.3.Pregnancy rate comparison: post-treatment trial pregnancy rate was 30.00%,control pregnancy rate was 13.33%,no significant difference(P>0.05);after follow-up trial pregnancy rate was 26.67%,control pregnancy rate was 6.67%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Comparison of recurrence rate of LUFS: after follow-up,the recurrence rate of LUFS was26.67 percent in the experimental group,63.33 percent in the control group, and lower in the experimental group than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group had a certain advantage in reducing the recurrence rate of LUFS.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: after treatment and after follow-up,TCM symptom scores were significantly lower in the trial group than in the pre-treatment group and were lower in the control group(P<0.01)but not in the control group(P>0.01).This suggests that the trial group has some advantages in improving symptom severity.Anxiety Rating Scale scores were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group after treatment and after follow-up(P<0.01),but not in the control group(P>0.01).This suggests that the trial group has some advantages in terms of improving anxiety.7.Comparison of the effects of TCM on symptomatic disease: the overall response rate was93.3% in the post-treatment trial group and 83.3% in the control group, and the response rate was higher in the trial group than in the control group(P<0.05).8.Safety analysis: No other adverse effects such as allergy occurred in both groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Treatment with peripheral nephrostimulator plus HCG and HCG alone were effective in patients with LUFS infertility. Both treatments improved ovulation rate and pregnancy rate and decreased the recurrence rate of LUFS,scores of TCM symptom score and anxiety scale score.2.Compared with HCG alone, peripheral nephrostimulatory agents + HCG treatment significantly improved the clinical symptoms in patients with LUFS infertility. The combination was rational, the efficacy was significant, the safety was reliable, highlighted the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of LUFS,and was easy to popularize and of high clinical value. |
