Objective: According to the principle of the TCM theory of syndrome differentiation, this study use the method of tonifying the kidney-yang and promoting blood circulation in order to observe the clinical ovulation effect and to research its curative mechanism.By use this method to prevent the recurrence of LUF menstrual cycles to Provide a new and an effective therapy.Methods:43 cases of LUFS who meet the inclusion eriteria are divided into two groups.22 cases in treatment group are treated by tonifying the kidney-yang and promoting blood circulation combined with taking HCG.21 cases in control group take HCG to stimulate ovulation. The two groups were treated with three menstrual cycles, and six menstrual cycles were observed. After 3 consecutive treatment courses, observe Patients' improvement in TCM symptoms. After 6 consecutive treatment courses, compare the rate of ovulation, the recurrence rate of LUF menstrual cycle, and pregnancy rate. Results: ? The rate of the ovulation in two groups is statistically significant(P ? 0.05).?the recurrence rate of LUF menstrual cycle is statistically significant(P?0.05).? The score of the TCM symptoms is statistically significant(P ? 0.01).?The pregnancy rate of theexperimental group was higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P?0.05).Conclusion: The method of tonifying the kidney-yang and Promoting blood cireulation for LUFS can improve LUFS ovulation rate, reduce the recurrence rate of LUF menstrual cycle, and improve the patients signs and symptoms of kidney deficiency. It is worth doing more in-depth study and discussion in therapy and prevention of LUFS with traditional Chinese medicine.
