Objective In this study,Zishuishumu Yin was used to treat infertility caused by Luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS)with kidney deficiency and liver depression and compared with HCG for injection. To provide objective evidence of the TCM's preventive and therapeutic effects in infertility caused by LUFS,it compared the ovulation,LUF cycle recurrence, pregnancy and TCM syndrome improvement before and after treatment between the two groups.Method According to the random number table method,60 infertility patients with Luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome were included in this study and then were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each. The treatment group was given Chinese medicine Zishuishumu Yin,while the control group was given intramuscular injection of HCG.The two groups were given medication for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.Ovulation and LUF cycle recurrence, pregnancy and TCM syndrome improvement of the two groups of patients were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was conducted on the collected data to preliminarily evaluate the clinical efficacy of zishuishumu Yin in infertility caused by LUFS.Results(1)ovulation status: ovulation rate of the treatment group was 75.64%,and that of the control group was 60.00%.ovulation rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)LUF cycle recurrence: LUF cycle recurrence rate was 16.67% in the treatment group and 34.12% in the control group, which was higher in the control group than in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)pregnancy status: pregnancy rate was 30% in the treatment group and 10% in the control group, which was higher in the treatment group than in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).(4)TCM syndrome score: the pre-treatment score was 22.73 soil 7.42 in the treatment group and 22.57 soil 7.37 in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significan(P > 0.05).The post-treatment score was 8.60 soil 7.68 in the treatment group and 18.83 soil 8.74 in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).There were significant difference in the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01).(5)efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 43.33%,which was higher in the treatment group than the control group, with a significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion Compared with western medicine HGC,traditional Chinese medicine treatment of LUFS infertility is well.According to the TCM theory of dialectical treatment to choosing a prescription and medication so that selecting Zishuishumu Yin to treat infertility patients with LUFS of kidney deficiency and liver depression can improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, reduce LUF cycle recurrence, and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is worthy of further promotion in clinical application.
