| The public’s legal awareness has been augmented,medical technology has advanced,and living standards have been steadily raised in recent years.the public&’demand for the improvement of the quality of medical services is also increasing day by day,as a result,the number of medical disputes in our country has been increasing,and medical disputes have become a hot topic of the whole society.On February2,2019,the director-general meeting of the National Health Commission discussed and adopted the measures for the administration of complaints by medical institutions,which came into effect on April 10,2019.According to the central government ’relevant deployment,the public hospitals of Guizhou Province,city,District(County)responded positively and made corresponding complaint management measures.In Zunyi,a General Hospital of the third-class class in Guizhou province,the hospital integrates medical treatment,disease prevention,medical education and research to conduct on-the-spot investigations and research into the root causes of doctor-patient disputes and the current state of the doctor-patient relationship.Pointing out the corresponding mediation strategies to further protect and escort the harmonious doctor-patient relationship in Zunyi,this has not only a great reference significance for mediating domestic public hospital doctor-patient disputes,but also a profound influence on promoting social harmony and stability.This paper employed questionnaire and case analysis to acquire data on the participants.doctor-patient conflict.Rossman and Mary.Captain.Morten Olsen ’ three different conflict resolution strategies: resource-based conflict resolution,interest-based conflict resolution,identity-based conflict resolution,and Chang Jian’s theoretical research on public conflict management,analyze the doctor-patient dispute,look for the emergence of the doctor-patient dispute management,Predicament.The paper focuses on the interest,system and communication,and seeks the corresponding mediation strategy to reduce the conflict and improve the benefit of conflict resolution,thus to provide a new way of thinking for mediating medical disputes. |
