Entering the new era,health,as an important part of the needs of a better life,has been highly concerned and valued by the whole society,and has put forward higher requirements for the majority of medical workers.In 2021,the National Health Commission issued the Contents and Standards of Standardized Training for Residents(2021 Edition),which clarified the core competencies of residents from six aspects: professional quality,professional ability,patient management,communication and cooperation,teaching ability,and learning improvement,and pointed out the direction and requirements for standardized training for residents.Obstetrics and gynecology is a wide range of independent and practical clinical disciplines,from medical graduates to independent obstetricians and gynecologists,need a lot of theoretical learning and clinical practice accumulation.The increasingly complex clinical environment,society and patient needs have further increased the challenge to the ability of obstetricians and gynecologists,and thus put forward higher requirements for standardized training of obstetricians and gynecologists residents.Adhering to the orientation of post competency training and constantly improving the post competency of residents has become an important criterion to evaluate the effect of standardized training for residents.With six core competencies as the main research content,this study compiled the competency questionnaire and interview outline of standardized training post for gynecology and obstetrics resident doctors in Guizhou Province,and evaluated and analyzed the competency of standardized training trainees of gynecology and obstetrics resident doctors in Guizhou province by means of questionnaire survey and field interview.The study covered 17 residential training bases of obstetrics and gynecology in the province.Questionnaire survey and interview were conducted among trainees,instructors and managers.The results showed that trainees,instructors and managers were highly consistent in evaluating the competency of residential trainees,and the competency evaluation of residential trainees was generally good(students’ self-rating was 192/240,Teachers and administrators scored 196/240,both higher than 80 out of 100).However,due to the influence of multiple factors such as residential training policy,training base construction,teachers’ responsibility and teaching level,students’ learning enthusiasm and learning ability,there is still a large room for improvement in the post competency of standardized training trainees of gynecology and obstetrics residents in Guizhou Province.Based on the problem orientation and on the basis of in-depth analysis of its deep-rooted influencing factors,the residence training policy is improved by standardizing the training mode,improving the certification system and optimizing the teaching material system.The construction of the base is promoted by improving the organizational structure,strict process assessment and improving supporting facilities.The responsibility and teaching level of teachers are improved by focusing on teacher access,assessment and evaluation.Taking ideological education and treatment implementation as the breakthrough to protect the interests of students,enhance students’ learning enthusiasm and learning ability,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the post competency of the standardized training trainees of gynecology and obstetrics residents in Guizhou Province,in order to make contributions to the economic and social development and people’s health needs of Guizhou.
