| Objective: Using rigorous and scientific research methods,we will build a scientific and standardized model of the competency of general practice residents, provide a reliable tool for comprehensively assessing the competence of general practice residents, and provide a reference for the reform of general medicine teaching, the optimization of the training mode of general medicine talents, and the promotion of the quality of general practice talent training. Methods: The initial competency index pool of general practice residents was established after group discussion by using behavior event interview, combining with the model of sunbaozhi and the general practice rules.Delphi expert method is used to revise the competency model for two rounds and get the final result.Results:(1)The authoritative coefficient of the first round of Delphi expert consultation is 0.66,the positive coefficient of experts is 0.72,the coordination coefficient of the first-level index is 0.17,and the coordination coefficient of the second-level index is 0.21(P<0.01).In the second round of Delphi expert consultation, the authoritative coefficient is 0.73,the expert positive coefficient is 0.85,the coordination coefficient of the first-level index is 0.11,and the coordination coefficient of the second-level index is0.17.(P<0.01)(2)Construction of competency model of general practice resident position : The new model includes 8 first-level indicators and 49second-level indicators, among which the first-level indicators are: clinical skills and medical services, disease prevention and health promotion, information and management, medical knowledge and lifelong learning, interpersonal communication, teamwork and scientific research. The construction method of the new model is efficient, concise and reliable. The purpose of constructing the new competency model of general practice resident is to help the general practice resident make a better comparison and check the shortcomings. Conclusion: This study constructs for the first time a model of general practice residency competency, which can provide tool support for assessing the competence of general practice residents, and provide a theoretical basis for the training and selection of general practice residents. |
