| The Communist Party of China and the Kuomintang, which was reorganized in 1924,both imitated the Soviet and Russian political parties in their organizational model, trying to build a mass political party that maintained close ties with the people.During the National Anti-Japanese War,both parties increased their efforts to collect and train party members, but the final results were completely different, which shows that the two parties’ organizations have great differences in their ability to mobilize the masses. The grassroots party organizations play a supporting role in cultivating and consolidating the social foundation in the party’s entire organizational system, and the organizational mobilization ability is directly related to the construction of the grassroots organizations of the two parties. This article intends to conduct a comparative discussion on the construction of grassroots organizations between the two parties through a relatively complete organizational process, such as party member recruitment→training and education→training of grassroots cadres in the construction of grassroots organizations between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party from 1937 to 1945.The inner reason for the difference in power. The first part examines the ways and development objects adopted by the two parties in absorbing party members. The Kuomintang adopted the collection method of lowering the threshold and joining the party collectively, which led to a large number of party members who had only a name to enter the party, nominally representing the interests of the whole people, but in fact they failed to gain the support of any class;Rectify, and always target the development target at the bottom people, and then build a solid social foundation at the grassroots level, and the overall appearance of grassroots party organizations has always been in a stable and good state. The second part discusses the training methods and educational content of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of the party members during this period. In terms of party members, the Kuomintang adopts a scholastic party-oriented education, and meaningless educational content such as the party’s eight shares fills the entire party member education work of the Kuomintang;the Communist Party organically integrates anti-Japanese national salvation, united front and other contents into the training and education of grass-roots party members. It has greatly strengthened the appeal of the Communist Party at the bottom of society. The third part analyzes the selection and training of grassroots cadres of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. This part adopts the method of case analysis, and selects the Ganzhou training class led by Chiang Ching-kuo in 1940 and the education of cadres in the anti-Japanese base areas in Shandong under the leadership of the Communist Party in the later period of the Anti-Japanese War as the research objects, and the selection and education of grass-roots cadres as the focus of the discussion,so as to provide a better understanding of the two parties. The education situation of cadres is compared.By comparing and discussing the construction of the grassroots organizations of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party,we can clearly see the shortcomings of the Kuomintang and the advantages of the Communist Party, which leads to thinking:in the collection of party members,we should not blindly pursue the number of party members, but also pay attention to the improvement of the quality of party members;the party is proclaiming In the process of its own social foundation, choosing to represent the interests of the whole people or the interests of some classes is a strategic issue that needs to be handled well;to mobilize and organize the general public, first of all,it is necessary to cover and penetrate the party organization into the general public. In the process of building a powerful modern socialist country in an all-round way,in the face of various sudden and major crises that may arise, organizing and mobilizing the people is still one of the important ways to deal with the crisis. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that the construction of grassroots organizations should focus on improving the organizational strength,to discuss the actual situation of the construction of grassroots organizations between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party during the Anti-Japanese War of the whole nation, and to analyze the root causes behind the differences in the mobilization capabilities of the two party organizations, which is an important reference.value. |
