A Study On The Construction Of Grassroots Party Organizations In Trilateral Divisions During The Anti-Hapanese War

The three administrative divisions of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningsia border region is one of the five administrative divisions It is located at the junction of the four provinces of Shaanxi,Gansu,Ningxia and Inner Mongolia,with vast land and strong economic.The unique geographical location determines that it is not only an important barrier of the Border area of Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia,but also an important international communication line leading to the battlefields of northwest China and North China,connecting Daqing Mountain and communicating with the Border area and the Soviet Union.It is also the northwest gateway of the border area.Since ancient times,the three areas have been inhabited by many ethnic groups.Besides the Han,there are also Hui and Mongolian minorities.Due to the differences in ethnic beliefs and customs,the erroneous ethnic policies of the Kuomintang and the provocations of the Japanese aggressors,the ethnic relations in the three sides were very complicated,and the contradictions between the Han and the ethnic minorities and among the ethnic minorities were quite serious.Compared with han inhabited areas,this new Soviet area has a weak mass base and faces serious difficulties in the construction of primary party organizations.During the Anti-Japanese War,the grass-roots party organizations in the trilateral divisions developed in the process of continuous consolidation,with a total of 4342 party members,accounting for 86% of the total numbers in the trilateral divisions.The Trilateral Division has become an important position for resolute anti-friction and anti-blockade struggles with the Kuomintang diehards,and it is a strong core of leadership for organizing trilateral people to carry out anti-Japanese national salvation movements and build a model anti-Japanese base.Guided by the party's theory on the construction of grass-roots party organizations,this paper takes the three historical stages of the construction of the grass-roots party organizations in the trilateral divisions as the clue.After investigating the basic conditions of the party members' class composition,motivation to join the party,gender and age composition,and education level,this paper systematically combs the successful practice of the construction of the grass-roots party organizations in the trilateral divisions,that is,strict party membership standards and strengthening the ideological education of party cadres;inspiring national consciousness and paying attention to the training of minority party cadres;developing ethnic minorities Career actively,build good party-mass relationship and ethnic relationship.During the Anti-Japanese War,the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the trilateral regions promoted the economic development,social harmony and ethnic relations of the trilateral regions;developed a large number of minority party members and cadres,which made important cadre preparations for China's revolution and construction;and accumulated valuable experience for the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the Shaani Gansu Ningxia border region and the whole country.This paper holds that the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the new era should be based on reality,especially in ethnic minority areas,the party's ethnic policies should be strictly implemented;and pay high attention to the Party members and cadres' ideological education,which is the key to play the role of fighting fortress of grass-roots party organizations;at the same time,the construction of grass-roots party organizations is still a systematic project that needs comprehensive,comprehensive and coordinated construction.
