Sports dance entered China in the 1980s,and although the development is relatively late compared with other sports,and lacks some mass foundation,the growth rate is very amazing in the past thirty years.It is also an emerging dark horse in the world of dance.In 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games,sports dance was classified as an official competition item for the first time,and in 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games floor dance was also included in the official competition item for the first time.The rapid development of sports dance is inextricably linked to the stable environment of China and the support given by national policies,the increasingly affluent life of people and their active pursuit of health.Under such a background,entrepreneurs with dance dreams have been setting up their own dance training institutions to meet dance lovers of all ages in the market.Because the threshold for opening a dance institution is relatively low,the trend of the growth of the number of institutions is rising linearly,and the homogeneous competition among institutions is very obvious.Some institutions lack their own moat,but in order to seize a very limited market share,they adopt a low-price strategy to upset the market balance.This will make the quality of service of dance institutions is not guaranteed,the students’ experience becomes worse,the students’ willingness to renew is low and even the situation of student loss.This phenomenon is a wake-up call to every dance trainer on how to ensure the quality of service,the strength of the relationship with the students,and the willingness of the students to renew their membership in the dance institution.This is the significance of this paper.How to increase the willingness of existing students to repeat their purchase at a dance institution,dance institutions need to think carefully about how to put themselves in the shoes of their students and consider what factors affect repeat purchases.The service quality of a dance institution is the foundation of an institution,and its repeat purchase of students has long been widely recognized.The concept that dance institutions are typical of person-to-person peer-to-peer precision services,the mode of getting along between dance teachers and students,and the impact of the strength of the relationship between the two on student renewal,is introduced into the article for study.The mediating effect of customer perceived value is then discussed in depth.In this article,WQ dance organization is used as the research object,and the research methods include interview method,literature method,and questionnaire to collect the needed data,and SPSS24.0 is used to analyze the data effectively and quantitatively.After the analysis,the following conclusions were drawn.Service quality has a positive effect on customer’s willingness to renew.Relationship strength has a positive effect on customers’ willingness to renew their subscriptions.Customer perceived value plays a mediating role in the relationship between service quality and customers’ willingness to renew.Customer perceived value plays a mediating role in the relationship between relationship strength and customer’s willingness to renew.Through the discussion of the results of the appeal study,this paper makes several suggestions for WQ dance organization,hoping to help the organization’s service quality,the relationship strength between staff and students,customer perceived value and improve customer renewal intention.1.Improve the hardware configuration of the dance institution(speakers,dance classroom area)to bring a better class experience.2,strengthen the dance teacher’s teaching level,so that more learning students can see the learning effect as soon as possible.3,dance institutions staff to maintain effective contact with students,from the frequency,content and to provide heartfelt service.4,dance institutions to make more use of the power of new media,the dissemination of institutional advantages,to attract customer traffic.5,dance institutions should pay more attention to student satisfaction and trust,so that students are sure that they will continue to renew their fees at the institution. |
