Spiritual & Cultural Service Satisfaction Research Under Community Endowment

At present,China is not only one of the countries with the fastest population aging process in the world,but also the country with the largest number of elderly population,and the aging degree of China has developed from "mild aging" to"moderate aging" trend.Due to the increasing number of elderly population,the change of family structure,the traditional concept of the elderly and their children and other factors,the family endowment and institutional endowment can no longer meet the current endowment needs,and the community endowment is increasingly favored by more people.As China has entered a new era with socialist characteristics,the main social contradiction has been transformed.The material living standard of the urban elderly has been continuously improved,the basic security has been properly solved,and the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly have been continuously improved.Therefore,the spiritual and cultural services for the elderly under the community pension model are becoming more and more important.However,due to the community endowment patterns appear relatively late in our country,and most of the work of community endowment is still mainly around the old material life,the basic security,such as health care about the elderly spiritual and cultural needs of existence of neglected,community endowment service has many problems and lack of spirit culture,our research on this aspect is still rare.In view of the above,the author select Gongchen Street,Fangshan District,Beijing as an example as an example,use the American customer satisfaction index model for foundation,take the satisfaction of spiritual and cultural services of the elderly as the survey content,study the spiritual and cultural services of the elderly under the mode of community endowment.This kind of study is added to the community endowment related research theory.On this basis,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures to promote relevant institutions and staff to improve community elderly care services,meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly,improve the quality of life of the elderly in their later years,and finally promote the healthy development of a harmonious aging society.This is not only the innovation of this paper in research content and research object,but also the embodiment of the theoretical and practical significance of the author’s research.This article contains six parts:The first part is the introduction,including research background and significance,research content and methods,innovation and so on.The second part is the theoretical basis,related concepts,literature review.The theoretical basis involves public satisfaction theory,new public service theory and activity theory.Relevant concepts mainly include community,community endowment,spiritual and cultural needs,satisfaction,etc.The third part introduces the basic information of the survey site(Gongchen Street,Fangshan District,Beijing)and the current situation of the spiritual and cultural services for the aged in the community.The fourth part includes:select the theoretical model(ACSI)and determine the satisfaction of the measured objects;Determining the index system(observation variable),sampling survey method,designing questionnaire,and organizing and implementing the survey for the satisfaction of community elderly spiritual and cultural services.The fifth part:Statistical analysis.On the basis of data collection and collation,statistical analysis of sample characteristics,reliability and validity analysis of questionnaires,and analysis of satisfaction survey results were carried out.The analysis of survey results includes:overall descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.On the basis of the above statistical analysis,the main factors affecting the satisfaction of spiritual and cultural services in the community pension in Gongchen Street are summarized.The sixth part:Suggestions to improve the satisfaction of the elderly with spiritual and cultural services under the community pension model.
