Investigation And Research On Taoist Architecture In Xinglong Mountain

Xinglong Mountain is the holy land of Taoism in Longyou area,known as "the first mountain in Longyou".During the reign of emperor Qianjia of Qing dynasty,Liu Yi-ming,the 11 th generation disciple of Longmen genre of Quanzhen Sect,settled down in the mountains and repaired sixty-seven Taoist temples successively,once showing the atmosphere of "the heaven is blessed and the incense is flourishing".In the mountains today remains Xuhuang temple,Yuhuang temple,Sanxiaoshengmu temple,Yanguang temple,Sanguan temple,Wuliangzushi temple,Sandashi temple,Guansheng temple,Wangmu temple,Hunyuan temple,Qizhen temple,Sansheng temple,Erxian temple,Heihu temple,Chaoyuan temple as Taoism buildings twenty-seven,besides Liu Yi-ming ancestral temple,both by the famous Taoist Liu Yi-ming reconstructed,and the spatial distribution of concentration.It is a significant "specimen" of Taoist architectural craft of courtyard garden type in Qing dynasty.Plane layout,the pursuit of local conditions,changeable levels,in accordance with the mountain water flow up and down,left and right,high and low,horizontal and vertical extension layout;In the basic structure,the design is exquisite and meticulous,magnificent,magnificent,and can bear the force,ventilation and moisture,full lighting;In terms of decorative art,it deliberately selects Taoist materials,comprehensively uses carving techniques and reasonably matches bright colors to create the meaning of "Dao".At the same time,these Taoist buildings are the historical witness of the rapid spread and development of Longmen genre of Quanzhen religion in the Qing dynasty in Longyou area,and also the main carrier of Taoism culture in Xinglong Mountain,Longmen culture of Quanzhen and Liu Yi-ming culture.They contain rich Taoist cultural connotation,which is embodied as follows: "Sanqing" "Yuhuang" "Siyu" " Sanguan" system as the main body of the fairy,the "the sect of the Laozi" replace the "the sect of the Huangdi and Laozi" historical development of Taoism,"the heaven is blessed and the incense is flourishing",celestial beings,secular exchanges the traditional philosophy of Taoism,was born the wto,social education and through the temple fair,fairy tales,reflected in the folk Taoist belief.
