| Dai Jinhua is a representative figure in the Chinese film criticism circle.Her research is rich in content,broad in vision and profound in thought.She does not stick to the same field,but focuses on different disciplines in order to explore deeper connotations.She has always been concerned about social politics,economy and reality,while her thoughts are full of enlightenment and sharp criticism.As a Marxist scholar,Dai Jinhua absorbed the ideological criticism in western modern film theory and applied it widely in her film criticism practice.Through ideological criticism,Dai Jinhua aims to rethink the idea of film as pure art,thus treating film as one of the ideological state apparatus.In this way,she effectively unpicks the power mechanism implicit in the film and decipher the myth of the film.This paper intends to start with Dai Jinhua’s specific film criticism practice,in-depth analysis and discussion of how Dai Jinhua applied ideological theory to film criticism,so as to further form a deeper understanding of Dai Jinhua’s theory and thought.The paper is divided into three parts.The first chapter mainly discusses the content of Dai Jinhua’s ideological film criticism.This chapter will start with gender,class and race,and carry out specific analysis and interpretation from the three perspectives.The second chapter mainly discusses the characteristics of Dai Jinhua’s ideological film criticism.This chapter will start from the western and native,micro and macro,as well as sensibility and rationality,and discover the special style of Dai Jinhua’s film criticism.The third chapter mainly discusses the contribution of Dai Jinhua’s ideological film criticism and discusses the value and significance of her ideological criticism to Chinese film.Based on Dai Jinhua’s ideological film criticism,this paper hopes to clearly show the way,characteristics and contributions of Dai Jinhua’s criticism,improve the cognition of Dai Jinhua’s academic theory and expand the research path of contemporary scholars on Dai Jinhua. |
