When the countryside prospers,the country prospers;when the countryside fails,the country fails.At present our country people the growing demand for a better life and inadequate development imbalance between the contradictions in the country’s most prominent,since 2017,when the country revitalization strategy in the report,the party’s 19 village has received great attention and development aspects,while rural culture is the foundation of rural development,and also is the core of the rural society continues,In order to realize the revitalization of rural culture,all regions began to actively explore the revitalization of rural cultural innovation leading rural development.To empower the countryside with cultural innovation,we are committed to revitalizing the countryside culture and giving the countryside new functions and features.With the rural revitalization strategy as the background,guided by user theory of mind and supported by systematic design thinking,this paper discusses a new path for the overall development of rural cultural and creative products from the perspective of brand IP design.On the one hand,on the premise of effectively inheriting traditional rural culture,it strengthens people’s cognition of rural cultural and creative brands to meet users’ needs.On the other hand,it emphasizes the brand IP strategy to guide the development of rural cultural and creative industries,and endeavors to cultivate the characteristic industries of rural cultural and creative industries,so as to drive the development of rural economy and help rural revitalization.This paper through the literature research to the rural culture and brand IP,systemic design concepts such as concrete,this paper discusses the rural culture and six principles of brand IP systemic design,the five elements,the eight steps,aimed at to the idea of system theory as a guide,promote rural and comprehensive interdisciplinary direction,at the same time provide theory support for the follow-up research article.Secondly through questionnaire survey and depth interview method to rural culture and brand IP user requirements makes a deep research and thinking,with the help of KANO model will bring together to user requirements in terms of scientific classification,analyzing the user demand preferences satisfaction,according to the result of user research to map the corresponding rural culture and brand IP user mental models.Finally,through preliminary analysis and research,a systematic design model of Rural cultural and creative brand IP based on user mind is constructed,and corresponding construction principles are proposed to construct design strategies from different perspectives of content,user,emotion,product and technology.In this paper,shanlian Hu Pen is selected as the design practice.As the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage,lake pen making technique has a long history and rich connotation,and has great potential for cultural excavation and design prospects.Through field research,questionnaire research and user interviews and other methods to analyze the shanlian Hu pen brand development,cultural elements and user needs,and then discuss the design path,to complete the construction of shanlian Hu pen brand IP design scheme.
