With the rapid development of Internet of Things,cloud computing and 5G technology,smart home has realized the transformation from smart single product to interconnection.A large number of complex intelligent devices rely on context-aware technologies and services to interact and collaborate in specific spaces and places.At the same time,due to the pursuit of high-quality life and high-quality products,users’ experience perception of smart homes and smart home appliances is deeper and more demanding,which makes brand manufacturers pay more and more attention to product interaction and experience,and also brings more opportunities and challenges for system innovation and experience upgrading of smart home appliances.At present,because of various reasons,there are many problems that are contrary to the original intention,and the user experience needs to be improved urgently.As an important way to improve user experience,motion design can help smart home appliances create a deeper situational experience with the development of technology,and effectively improve users’ right to know and control smart home appliances through various performance effects.Therefore,this paper combines the theory of situational awareness with the research method of motion design,and takes the intelligent washing machine as an example to explore the interactive mode of intelligent washing machine that can enhance situational awareness and situational experience,taking the cognitive process and information demand of users when actually operating home appliances as the driving force.Firstly,this paper makes theoretical research on the related fields of the subject,such as situational awareness,interactive design of smart home appliances,motion design of interfaces,etc.Under the interactive framework of "man-machine-environment",it synthesizes the process of human situational awareness and machine situational awareness,puts forward a stage model of human-machine situational awareness,and divides the situational factors in the intelligent environment with five interactive elements.Taking context information as the design guide,the design process based on context awareness is constructed to guide the subsequent design steps.Secondly,through the research methods of user interview and questionnaire survey,qualitative and quantitative research and analysis are carried out on the relevant situational information in the process of users using intelligent washing machines,and the influence of the changes of users’ state,task path and scene on the interactive content is comprehensively considered,so as to explore the situational factors that users mainly pay attention to and the situational awareness service function of washing machines in the process of using intelligent washing machines,and find opportunities and directions for the visual design intervention of interface dynamics.On the design principle and strategy of interface animation,this paper compares and analyzes the platform-level and enterprise-level design specifications which have great influence in the industry,extracts the universal design concept,and sums up the dynamic effect design principles that should be followed by the interface animation of smart home appliances combined with the particularity of the interface animation of other carriers.In addition,considering the function and role of motion in promoting human-computer interaction and collaboration,corresponding to the stage of human-computer situational awareness,the motion design strategy of smart home appliance interface based on situational awareness is summarized from three levels:knowability,usability and predictability.Based on the above theoretical research,in the part of design practice,the author takes COLMO intelligent washing machine,a school-enterprise cooperation project,as an example,and refines the design definition and design direction by combining the brand concept and visual elements.Taking the subdivision function of intelligent washing machine’s context-aware service obtained from user’s investigation as the specific design content,the overall optimization and adjustment of COLMO’s interface vision and interface animation are made,and the motion design application scheme based on different context information is summarized and output. |
