position in the whole Chinese opera and frequently shows its prominence in the traditional Chinese local opera.Sizhou opera is a relic of the ancient Huaihe culture,which preserves,inherits and extends the essence of Huaihe culture in an all round,three dimensional and creative way.Since the end of last century,the development of Chinese opera has encountered many obstacles,many local operas and opera troupes are facing the challenge of survival,even the influential Sizhou Opera Theater in China has not been immune from the storm.In 2010,with the deepening of the cultural system reform,some opera troupes,especially grassroots troupes,gradually regained their vitality.One of the most representative troupes is Anhui Sizhou Opera Theater Co.,LTD.(later called Sizhou Opera Theater).Sizhou Opera Theater has been focusing on singing Sizhou opera well and singing Sizhou opera.The dance elements of Sizhou Opera come from Hua-Gu-Deng dance art.While inheriting Sizhou opera,it also promotes the prosperity of Hua-Gu-Deng dance art,so that Sizhou opera and Hua-Gu-Deng dance can be perfectly combined to go out of the country and onto the world stage.Sizhou Opera Theatre has made great efforts to promote artistic innovation and show the artistic appeal of Huaihe culture.Sizhou Opera Theater not only creates fine works and builds brand,but also insists on era,the development of grassroots theatrical troupes is relatively difficult: relatively less financial allocation,opera talents are scarce,the performance team is not complete,the performance environment is too simple,the performance income is generally insufficient.In this difficult moment,Sizhou Opera Theater still has a relatively complete performance team,has a high level of performance ability,can rehearse the newly created large-scale Sizhou Opera repertoire,which is particularly commendable.From the perspective of art management,this thesis studies,analyzes and summarizes the favorable development momentum of Sizhou Opera theater after its transformation,and explores the internal motivation of Sizhou Opera Theater to form its own characteristics.This thesis of Sizhou Opera Theatre in Anhui Province.This thesis mainly introduces the challenges and difficulties encountered by Sizhou Opera Theater in the process of inheritance and development,and analyzes
