Relying on the art project of National Social Science Fund "Rescue,Collation and Research of Qiang Folk Images in Southwest China under the Background of Digitization",this paper carried out research on the application of Qiang Folk bi elements in the modeling of animation characters,and created animation short films based on the concept of exploration.By qiang shi than cultural field investigation,literature and data analysis,to extract qiang shi representative elements in animation creation,in the animation role modelling of BMSC inheritance and innovation of the traditional culture of the qiang,multi-dimensional exploration and analysis of ethnic style in the animation role modelling,summing up the aesthetic features of ethnic animation role modelling style and writing method.Paper with qiang culture as the background,the qiang shi than the ethnic elements and animation role modelling aesthetic characteristics are analyzed,and has carried on the exploratory analysis to the correlation between them,tentatively the qiang interpretation of the basic elements and animation role modelling research work,the combination of the qiang interpretation than elements in the application of animation role modelling for a beneficial attempt,It also pays attention to the excavation of innovative themes of animation role modeling and the ways of ethnic culture protection,as well as the re-examination of creative themes of animation role modeling and the background of The Times,providing new creative vision and creation materials for animation art creation.
