| Watercolor pringting is an art that focuses on indirect expression,and its production process determines that the final presentation of the work is not directly what you see is what you get,but through a process of plate transfer to realize the artist’s ideas,and then must also be through the viewer’s imagination to feel the artistic core of the work to be expressed.As a special kind of art,printmaking is its artistic language,and the study of printmaking must be based on the study of language.First of all,this paper focuses on t he study of watercolor printing,the concept of watermark prints,and analyzes the factors of the formation of watercolor printing.In the process of studying and researching,the author has done a lot of experiments on the materials and printing methods of watercolor printing.In the experiments,the author has learned that the time factor is a very important factor in the process of producing marks in watermark prints.Because,the water is sprayed on the rice paper and after they meet,the water will change in the paper,and the distribution of water is constantly changing in this process,and this change factor will determine the shape of the print marks.Secondly,through his own creation for many times,the author draws on the failed and successful experience summed up in his experiments,sorts out the relationship between moulage,marks,rice paper,time,etc.,and uses the new material medium to form his own art language,which is the unique mark art language of watercolor printmaking.Finally,the author summarizes his gains in the study of the marks of watercolor printmaking,as well as his vision and expectations for the future development of watercolor printing.The author believes that for contemporary printmakers,while exploring their own spiritual connotation,they should also explore new media,form their own artistic language,and set their eyes on longer-term development. |
