Study On The Mental Health Service Modes For Rural Left-behind Children In Bijie City From The Perspective Of Synergistic Governance

Bijie City is one of the poorest and backward areas in Guizhou and it also has the largest number of left-behind children in the province.In recent years,the psychological problems of rural left-behind children in Bijie have occurred frequently,including self-harm and suicide incidents.In particular,on June 9,2015,four rural left-behind children committed suicide in Bijie,Guizhou province,which has attracted national and social attention to the mental health problems of rural left-behind children in Bijie.The essay takes five modes of mental health service for rural left-behind children in Bijie city as the starting point,investigates and knows about the participation of relevant principal parts in the mental health service for left-behind children in various modes,and summarizes the problems in the mental health service modes of rural left-behind children.The study of solving these problems is intended to provide reliable examples for government departments to make scientific mental health service policy and keep society in harmony and stability.It also contributes to providing the valuable experience of combining the theory and practice for school mental health education and promoting the mental health and development of the left-behind children in rural areas.The writer interviews the clerks in Bijie city government,the rural left-behind children in five rural schools,children guardians,teachers,school leaders,the clerks in the county and village bureau of education,doctors,the leaders in the relevant government departments,etc on mental health service modes for the rural left-behind children.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 250 rural left-behind children in five schools.The data collection methods are: stratified sampling method,interview method and questionnaire survey method.Through interviews and surveys,the writer knows about the status of mental health modes for rural left-behind children in rural areas.The writer also uses Data analysis methods to explore the problems arising in each mode.The overall research idea is to study the literature,conduct investigations,form problems,explore the reasons,and put forward solutions.Based on SFIC model,with the help of new public service theory and synergistic governance theory,the writer analyzes the causes of problems and tries to explore solutions from the starting conditions,catalytic leadership,system design and collaborative process in SFIC model.The conclusions of the essay are as follows:First,Bijie Municipal government does not pay attention to the mental health service of rural left-behind children;second,the mental health service of rural left-behind children in Bijie needs collaborative governance under the leadership of the government;Third,the mental health service of rural left-behind children in Bijie needs to refer to the excellent practices at home and abroad and be combined with practical problems.In short,the research on the mental health service modes for rural left-behind children is of great significance to the sustainable development and the establishment of a harmonious society in China.
