Research On The Construction Of Rural Memory In Food Documentary

In the process of China’s rapid urbanization,accompanied by the loss of rural culture,rural areas are facing the danger of "cultural amnesia".Therefore,various places have implemented rural memory projects to boost rural revitalization with culture,and documentaries have become an important way to construct rural memory.Among them,food documentaries are favored by audiences based on the common food cultural identity of The Chinese people.In order to study the food the documentary memory of rural construction,based on the theory of collective memory and film semiotics theory as the academic support,select the typical food documentary film as a case,combined with the graduation work have the tastes,symbol,food symbol from the scene,the character symbols,folk custom four aspects,This paper analyzes how to construct rural memory from the internal narrative and external audio-visual aspects of food documentary,and analyzes and studies the deficiencies of food documentary in constructing rural memory,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.On the one hand,this study provides theoretical support for the study of memory construction of food documentaries,on the other hand,it also provides practical significance for how to better use images to construct rural memory and promote rural revitalization.
