Chu Wanghua,a famous Chinese pianist and musician,has a far-reaching influence in the history of Chinese piano music.He adapted Chinese folk musician Hua Yanjun’s erhu song "Er Quan Ying Yue" into a successful piano music,which not only imitates ethnic musical instruments,but also combines traditional Chinese music with western music creation techniques,which is an innovation of the combination of China and the West.This paper studies Chu Wanghua’s piano adaptation "two springs reflecting the moon".With the help of creative background,creative techniques,personal characteristics and so on.By using the method of theoretical analysis,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the noumenon structure of the works,studies Chu Wanghua’s creative style,discusses how to imitate the timbre of ethnic instrumental music in the works,and studies its creative characteristics.In order to make the research conclusion authentic and practical,the key and difficult points of technology are explored in the process of playing,so as to put forward playing opinions and suggestions.
