Research On National Cultural Security In The New Era

With the interweaving of globalization and informatization,cultural exchanges between countries and ethnic groups are becoming Increasingly frequent.While sharing the beneficial results of mutual learning among civilizations,people are also alert to the threats caused by contradictions and conflicts between different cultures.Countries all over the world have more specific and urgent needs to maintain their own cultural security.Under the changing situation of a century,Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era proudly and the party and the country have embarked on a new stage of a century’s struggle,which makes the issue of national cultural security present many new contents and features,and then become the focus area that must be paid attention to better safeguard the overall national security.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the international security environment and international development pattern have undergone profound changes,and the interests of national security have been extended in depth.Under this situation,Xi Jinping has profoundly deliberated the current cultural security issues,and made a whole string of incisive expositions and work arrangements from the perspective of theory and practice.Safeguarding national cultural security has been given a clearer strategic development orientation and a more critical research value of the times.taking the national cultural security as the main research object,this paper proposes a practical and feasible way to maintain the national cultural security on account of depth comprehension of the actual situation of China’s cultural security in the new era.Specifically,this paper discusses it from three aspects: overview of relevant theories,actual situation and path countermeasures:Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant theories of national cultural security in the new era.The step one is to define the connotation,main contents and basic characteristics of national cultural security;The second step is to comb and summarize the theoretical basis of national cultural security from three dimensions;The third step is to excavate and sum up the practical sense of safeguarding national cultural security in the new era,so as to provide important theoretical support for the following text.Secondly,this paper analyzes the opportunities,problems and causes of national cultural security in the new era.From the perspective of the opportunities of the times,it mainly includes four aspects: the improvement of national cultural security awareness lays the ideological foundation,the continuous growth of economic strength consolidates the material foundation,the improvement of the national security system provides institutional guarantees,and the in-depth global cultural diplomacy creates a good international environment.From the perspective of practical problems,it mainly discusses four aspects: the attack on the mainstream ideology,the weak links in cultural construction,the invasion of the mainstream culture by the bad network culture,and the threat of cultural sovereignty from the hegemonic state;Simultaneously,this paper analyzes the causes of the practical problems faced by national cultural security one by one,so as to provide a practical basis for the path selection of subsequent chapters.Finally,this paper discusses the implementation path of maintaining national cultural security in the new era.Based on the analysis of the actual situation of national cultural security,this paper discusses from four aspects: constructing the ideological defense line of cultural security,strengthening the material support of cultural security,optimizing the governance of cultural security cyberspace,establishing an international vision of cultural security,so as to form a path system to maintain cultural security in the new era.
