Influenced by the "collapse of rites and music" in the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period and the "burning books and pitching Confucianism" in the Qin Dynasty,the development of traditional rites and music culture has been greatly affected.For a long time,many researchers of ritual and music culture believed that ritual and music culture had been annihilated in the Qin Dynasty and did not spread to the Western Han Dynasty.However,with the gradual excavation of underground tombs,the excavation of archaeological objects and historical documents are combined with each other,which confirms the fact that ritual and music culture still existed in the Western Han Dynasty.This article mainly for the western Han dynasty,ideas,music and its system of the preliminary arrangement and analysis,bearing the court related rites and music activities,thought is the theoretical basis of culture development,as materialized carrier of ritual and music culture reflects the relevant system is the important component of rites and music system.The author believes that starting from these aspects,combining with archaeological data and ancient literature data and related image data,can further reveal the development appearance of rites and music culture in the Western Han Dynasty.
