With the continuous enhancement of comprehensive national strength of China in recent years,the overall quality and cultural level of Chinese people are getting higher and higher.Most parents pay more attention to the education of their children.In the context of increasingly fierce academic competition and uneven distribution of educational resources,many parents turn to after-school training institutions for help.B Education Group is a large-scale comprehensive educational institution focusing on training and research and development,which integrates educational consulting,academic education,competition operation,research and development of books,foreign language translation and teacher training.It provides training for children,teenagers,adults and other educational fields.The strength of after-school training institutions,especially the quality of teachers,directly determines the quality of teaching,and it also determines the development of the institutions in the long run.B Education Group has been engaged in the training of education for more than 17 years.It equips with unique teaching methods,rich teaching experience and sufficient teacher reserve.There are several branch schools in local area and online teaching cooperation projects across the country.B Education Group has realized the importance of training long before and its experience of teacher training is mature.However,with the coming of the"post-epidemic era",office work is combined with teaching in a way of online and offline and has become the new normal.After-school training institutions are generally facing the problem of transformation.Enterprises need to build core competitiveness of differentiation.Teachers,as the primary productive forces of training institutions,determine the quality of teaching as well as the source of students,and the benefits of enterprises.Therefore,perfect and high quality teacher training is an important work for enterprises.The study aims to investigate the problems in the training of English teachers in B Education Group,and put forward corresponding optimization measures for the existing shortcomings,so as to make the training of teachers more systematic,scientific,efficient and perfect.The study takes in-service English teachers in B Education Group as the research object,conducting a questionnaire survey on the basis of literature research,which has learned the current training situation of English teachers,their demands and attitudes towards training,and the problems in training.The results show that there are some problems in teacher training,such as lacking training plans,inadequate analysis of training needs,lacking diversity in training content,the single training form,shortage of training teachers,and lacking training effect evaluation and feedback.In view of the above problems,this study puts forward the following optimization measures:attach importance to the training needs analysis from the three levels of organization analysis,task analysis and employee analysis;add some targeted training content;add diversified training methods;strengthen the teaching staff;the Kirkpatrick Four-level Assessment Model is used to help determine the evaluation methods and strategies.Finally,this study puts forward three supporting measures of organization,system and finance to ensure the smooth development of the training work.Only effective training can play an important part in the development of the enterprise and the growth of employees.Only by doing a good job in teacher training can we enhance the competitiveness of institutions and maximize the talents and effectiveness of teachers,which is very important for the stability of enterprises and teachers.The study aims to optimize and improve the training system of the institution through this study,and play a part in the effect of training better.Therefore the professional ability of teachers can be improved.It also help teachers lay a solid foundation through continuous independent learning.If the needs and expectations of teachers are satisfied,they will have more confidence and ability to work,and the strategy and work arrangement of the enterprise can also be carried out smoothly.It is hoped that the study can arouse the attention of the group management and also play a reference role in the improvement of the company’s staff training.It can also be used as a reference for other institutions in teacher training.
