The Analysis On The Model Of Chinese Volunteer Teacher Training Of CQNU

With the development of China, recent years, more and more people around the world is learning Chinese. In order to popularize Chinese, improve people’s Chinese level all around the word, make people know more about Chinese culture, make Chinese people and people around the world know more about each other, and promote the communication between Chinese people and people around the world, Hanban started the Chinese Volunteer Teacher Project in 2003. Ministry of Education of China announced the International Chinese Volunteer Teacher Project in 2004, recruited many Chinese Volunteer Teacher go abroad to teach Chinese, which is meaningful.The Training of International Chinese Volunteer Teacher is a very important part. The Author of this thesis is also one of the Chinese Volunteer Teacher, and took part in the Training of International Chinese Volunteer Teacher in Chongqing Normal University in 2014 as a student assistant. After that, the author collected many materials and made some researches, meanwhile, give some suggestions to the Training of International Chinese Volunteer Teacher in CQNU, which is meaningful.This thesis consists of four parts, which described how the Chinese teaching develops, and the current situation of the discussions about the Chinese teacher training? According to describe how the Training of International Chinese Volunteer Teacher works in CQNU, it summarized the characteristics of the Training of International Chinese Volunteer Teacher in CQNU, and analyzed the results of the Training of International Chinese Volunteer Teacher in CQNU, finally found some problems and gave some suggestions.
