In thebackground of "Chinese fever",more and more International Chinese teachers have been demanded. In order to meet the demanding,a large number of non-professional Chinese people jointo the International Chinese teachers’team. Due to lacking ofsufficient professionalknowledge and teachingskills, they are not qualified for the job. And the result is not satisfied.Facing this situation, The ability and quality of International Chinese teacher have been highly demanded, and more and more attention has been paid on the novice teacher training.This articleisfrom the perspective ofthe training for the novice teacher. Bying using the method of questionnaire investigation,case studyandliterature research to explore the specifictraining contents, training methods and training arrangement.In this paper, I use the questionnaire method to get the following conclusions that:The six items of contents which are demanded by the new International Chinese teacher are teaching method, teaching ability, basic knowledge about Chinese, Chinese grammar, the strategy about how to deal with students, intercultural communication. Teaching method and teaching ability are recognized as the most useful training contents, no matter for the job or for the development of teacher themselves.Through the investigation, the contents which should be placed in the pre-job training are teaching concept, teaching method, teaching ability, basic knowledge about Chinese, the acquisition of second language, the specific teaching situation of the program, the strategy about how to deal with students. Whereas the method about correct the homework and prepare the class should be put in the post-job training.Through the investigation about the way of training, five toppest training methods which are demanded highly by the new teachers are the professional teachers give a teaching example to the new teachers, discussing teaching methods through the case, the professional teacher evaluating the new teacher, discussing teaching methods through the vedio, writing training diaries. However, the lecture is the lowest demanding one during the investigation.ACC program has the feature of the new training concept, specific training goals, suitable arrangement, richable content, diversity way of training. So the paper is base on the training part of this program in order to explore the specifictraining contents, training methods and training arrangement.The innovation of the article mainly has two points:one is from the perspective of the training for the novice teacher to explore the demanding of training contents and methods. The second is by using the method of case study to state and analysis the whole novice teacher trainging part of ACC program. In order to explore the specific training contents, training methods and training arrangement.This paper is divided into fiveparts,the firstpartdescribes the topic in general and a statement on the former researches. The second part is that by using the method of questionnaire investigation to explore the demanding of training contents and methods, and which contents should be trained as key elements.The third part is by using the case study method to explore the specifictraining contents,training methods and training arrangement of ACC program. The fourth part is to describe the effect of training by using the trained knowledge and skills. The last part makes a conclusion and explains limitation of the study.
