Ceramic art is a comprehensive art that combines art and craftsmanship,and its research should be comprehensive from multiple dimensions.The Ming and Qing Dynasty fahua ceramics with its transformation in shape and function,three-dimensional decorative techniques,colorful colors,and rich and diverse decorative patterns and composition features holds a unique position in the development history of Chinese ceramics.This article will discuss from multiple perspectives such as the background and aesthetic significance of the Ming and Qing dynasties,local regional characteristics and folk customs,as well as ceramic firing techniques,to explore the factors that form its artistic characteristics and how to achieve perfect unity in shape,techniques,glaze color,and decorative patterns.At the same time,it will reveal the principles and essence of the beauty behind it,and explore its unique artistic value.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the technological and cultural factors that led to the formation of the artistic characteristics of Ming and Qing Dynasty fahua ceramics,based on relevant literature and materials,combined with the diachronic and synchronic nature of unearthed cultural relics,as well as relevant ceramic science and technology research.Firstly,with the improvement of process technology,the shape,techniques,patterns,and other applications of fahua ceramics have also changed,thereby enhancing their process value;Secondly,due to differences in cultural environment,the shapes,patterns,colors,and other aspects of fahua colored ceramics have been endowed with new cultural connotations at different times,making them more culturally valuable.This to some extent reveals the development and evolution laws of fahua ceramics in the history of Ming and Qing ceramics,providing important reference significance for the cultural inheritance and development of modern enamel colored ceramics.
