Comparative Study On The Miscarriage Of Justice Relief System In Tang And Song Dynastie

During the Tang and Song dynasties,on the basis of specific ideology and society,a series of systems were introduced around the relief of wrongful cases,forming a relatively complete system of wrongful case relief system,which played an important role in promoting the good operation of the judicial system and maintaining social stability,reflecting the simple pursuit of fairness and justice by the ancestors of the Tang and Song Dynasties.Through comparative research,in-depth analysis of the links and differences between the Tang and Song dynasties in the relevant systems of wrongful case relief,and full exploration of the reasons for the differences,will help to understand the Tang and Song Dynasties wrongful case relief system from the perspective of commonality and personality.On this basis,we have a comprehensive understanding of the relief system for wrongful cases in the Tang and Song dynasties,and we can see both its positivity and its negatives,so as to better use the positive connotation of the relief system for wrongful cases in the Tang and Song Dynasties,avoid negative factors,and provide reference for strengthening the construction of a China under the rule of law.
