| With the advent of 5G era,internet technology has promoted the process of social and economic development.In order to keep up with the process of social and economic development,we have accelerated the pace of work and life.At the same time,it has also greatly increased the pressure of our work and life,resulting in our inability to balance our work and family,nor can they take into account their responsibilities in work and life.The outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia in early 2020 has made the work of home office more and more popular.Integrating work and family into a scenario has aroused heated discussions on the issue of work family relationship.Whether our daily work-family relationship will also affect personality remains to be further demonstrated.Therefore,through the following two steps to analyze the action mechanism between work family relationship and personality,as well as the possible moderation effect in this action mechanism.First,the variable that can obtain resources from the work field-job embeddedness is introduced to investigate its regulatory effect in the process of work-family relationship and personality.From the perspective of family system theory,the variable that can obtain resources from the family field-family cohesion is introduced to investigate its regulatory effect in the process of work-family relationship and personality.Secondly,from the perspective of dynamic reciprocal,the latent change score model of work-family relationship and personality was constructed,and the model was verified by analyzing the data of three longitudinal questionnaires.In order to explore the effects of work-family conflict and workfamily enrichment on personality,as well as the moderation effects of job embeddedness and family cohesion,1176 employees from different industries were investigated by questionnaire.The results show that:(1)work-family conflict positively affects neuroticism,and negatively affects conscientiousness,agreeableness,openness and extroversion;work-family enrichment negatively affects neuroticism and positively affects conscientiousness,agreeableness,openness and extroversion.(2)Compared with low-level job embeddedness,high-level job embeddedness can effectively alleviate the positive impact of work-family conflict on neuroticism and the negative impact of work-family enrichment on neuroticism,alleviate the negative impact of work-family conflict on agreeableness,openness and extroversion,and effectively enhance the positive impact of work-family enrichment on agreeableness,openness and extroversion.However,job embeddedness cannot adjust the impact of work-family relationship on conscientiousness.(3)Compared with lowlevel family cohesion,high-level family cohesion can effectively alleviate the negative impact of work-family conflict on conscientiousness,agreeableness,openness and extroversion,alleviate the negative impact of work-family enrichment on neuroticism,and effectively enhance the positive impact of work-family enrichment on agreeableness,openness and extroversion.However,family cohesion can not regulate the impact of work-family conflict on neuroticism,nor can it regulate the impact of work-family enrichment on conscientiousness.By constructing the latent change score model,this paper studies the cross lag dynamic reciprocal relationship between work-family relationship and personality over time,conducts three one-year follow-up surveys on employees from different industries,and analyzes the questionnaire data of 543 employees who fully participated in the three follow-up surveys.The results show that:(1)there is a positive dynamic reciprocal relationship between work-family conflict and neuroticism over time.(2)Over time,there is a negative dynamic reciprocal relationship between work-family enrichment and neuroticism.(3)With the passage of time,there is a negative dynamic reciprocal relationship between workfamily conflict and agreeableness.(4)Extroversion has a significant negative lag effect on the enhancement of work-family conflict.(5)Agreeableness has a significant positive lag effect on the enhancement of work-family enrichment.This study combines work-family relationship and personality variables,introduces the research method of constructing the latent change score model,and discusses the moderation effect of job embeddedness and family cohesion in the relationship between work-family relationship and personality,and the dynamic reciprocal relationship between work-family relationship and personality,which can promote the harmonious development of enterprise employees in the field of work and family,it is of great practical significance to assist enterprises to provide humanistic care for employees;at the same time,the research results expand the research perspective in the field of work-family relationship and personality,and broaden the ideas for follow-up research. |
