Analysis Of Composition Techniques Of Chen Yi’s Orchestra "Momentum"

The research object of this paper is the orchestra "Momentum" by Chinese-American composer Chen Yi.It focuses on the in-depth study of "Momentum" through the techniques of pitch organization,rhythm and tempo,timbre and sound layout,and composition structure,and summarizes the creation characteristics and technique characteristics of Chen Yi,so as to explore how Chen Yi understands and deals with inheritance and innovation in the creation practice.The dialectical relationship between style and personality.Then the author hopes that the analysis and summary of "The Motive Force" can provide some theoretical reference for the future study of the composer’s music works.This paper is divided into three chapters:Chapter One: the material composition and pitch organization techniques of Cong CAI works.Chapter two: Discuss the rhythm and the rhythm of the work and the structure of long breath.Chapter three: Through the macro and micro structural elements of the work control,the overall structure of the music and local division.Chapter four: Through the analysis and summary of the sound layout and sound modeling of " Momentum",so as to explore the personalized treatment of Chen Yi in the band’s writing techniques.
