Abstract/Summary:
Huang Anlun is a famous Chinese American composer in China.Among all kinds of modern music genres, his creation is still dominated by melody.Because of his rich experience in studying abroad,he has been infiltrated by the composition theory of the East and the West.He believes that the "combination of Chinese and Western" music is the due development of Chinese music.Dance Poetry(for Flute, piano and duet)Op.33(hereinafter referred to as dance Poetry)was created in 1981.It was written by Huang Anlun when he saw Chinese students dancing ballet while studying in Toronto. The so-called "dance" includes"poetry" and "dance":Huang Anlun added the design of ballet duet in his works. The composer outlined the dancer’s dance posture through the transformation of music rhythm and melody,so as to present a dynamic ink painting on the stage."Poetry":He believes that music is used to praise the virtues of all things in the world. In order to make the people better understand, poetry should be used to cooperate with the dissemination of music, and the book of songs is compiled from this by Shi Kuang. It can be seen that the relationship between "poetry" and "music" was rooted in the blood of the Chinese nation as early as the spring and Autumn period. In this song,Huang Anlun added many elements of national music, such as imitating human voice with flute, putting the audience on the loess high slope, and praising the working people in this vast world who created their happy life with their wisdom. The dance poetry studied in this paper perfectly combines the charm of Chinese music with the performance techniques of western music harmony and orchestral music. Its works are quite difficult and belong to modern works. The number of researchers is small.I hope to elaborate the music analysis and performance processing of dance poetry through practice and thinking combined with my own professional knowledge.
