Research On Hulan Deputy Governor's Office In The Late Qing Dynast

Vice-generals Yamun of Hulan is the northeast frontier of the military and political unity,since The fifth year of the reign of Guangxu(1879),to The thirty-first year of the reign of Guangxu(1905),after 26 years,the hulan region and Heilongjiang region to consolidate frontier security,maintaining social stability,promote the development of economic and cultural undertakings and so on various aspects have had a profound influence.This paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter starts with the establishment of Heilongjiang General and the establishment of subordinate garrison and Hulan,systematically discusses the establishment background and development evolution of Vice-generals Yamun of Hulan,and analyzes the changes in the jurisdiction of Vice-generals Yamun of Hulan,and the process of cutting.The second chapter expounds the personnel composition and office of Hulan City Guard Yamen and Vice-generals Yamun of Hulan,and discusses the functions of Vice-generals Yamun of Hulan from four aspects of military,administration,economy and education.The third chapter mainly covers the military and administrative aspects of resisting invasion,suppressing bandits and strengthening management,to alleviate food shortage and promote the development of agricultural handicraft industry and commerce In terms of economy,the historical role of Vice-generals Yamun of Hulan is analyzed from three aspects:promoting ethnic integration,promoting educational development,and developing the cause of transportation,posts and telecommunications.This paper through the "Heilongjiang Chronicles","The Local Chronicle of Hulan" and other local historical records,historical materials and related files,and the establishment of the evolution,composition and function,status and historical role of systematically discussed,as far as possible to restore the overall situation of the military and political institutions of the Vice-generals Yamun of Hulan in the Qing Dynasty,and based on the relevant existing research for further research,combining history with political science,thus forming a more overall and comprehensive understanding of the Hulan area in the Qing Dynasty,accurately and truly reveal the historical development process of Hulan area in the late Qing Dynasty,to make up for the current weak research on the local regime in Hulan area in the Qing Dynasty,enrich the local history of Hulan and Heilongjiang province,for the future research of Hulan and even the northeast region to provide some reference results.
