In dance performance,emotional vacancy,inner emptiness,skills than art,the separation of mind and body is not lack of phenomena,can we find an effective way to solve these problems?With this in mind,the author found a method called "inner vision" in the field of performing arts.To explore the application of "inner vision" in the dance performance,take its applicable,refined lead dancer better methods of stage performance,improve internal and external harmony,unity of body and mind,god dancer and dance performance level,the "inner vision" absorbing in the form of a kind of suitable for dance performance,to make it better and dance performance practice.In this paper,the author will be divided into the introduction,the body and the conclusion of the three parts of the "inner vision" in dance performance in detail.The introduction part contains the purpose and significance of the research,research trends,research methods.The main body is divided into three chapters.First,it gives an overview of "inner vision",explains the origin of the term "inner vision",introduces the research and understanding of "inner vision"by other Chinese scholars,and analyzes the role of "inner vision" in various art categories.Secondly,this paper discusses how to form "inner vision" in dance performance,and summarizes the basic abilities that dancers should have in using "inner vision" and the means used in the process of forming "inner vision"by combining the interviews with excellent dancers,the analysis of literature and the summary of their own experience,so as to form the preliminary structure of"inner vision".Finally,the author combined with personal graduation work will explore the "inner vision" into practice,introduces the conception and structure,analyze the forming process of its own "inner vision" using the corresponding ability,ways and means to enrich the "inner vision",combining with the dance moves comprehensive exploration and architecture,music,props,verify its practice is feasible in the dance performances,Finally,it summarizes the role of"inner vision" in the work,and analyzes its influence on dance performance practice from three aspects:"heart","emotion" and "dance".The conclusion summarizes the key research results of the whole article and emphasizes the author’s attitude and views on dance performance.Through in-depth exploration of "inner vision",combined with interviews with excellent dancers and communication with teachers and classmates,the author affirmed the positive significance of the application of "inner vision" in dance performance,and verified whether "inner vision" has significant effect on improving the level of dance performance through personal practice.Finally,it falls back to the ultimate goal of this research--"internal and external simultaneously repair,body and mind unitary".
