| With the continuous reform and development of national vocational and technical education,secondary vocational education,as the basic education in national vocational education,also occupies an important position and has cultivated a large number of technically skilled talents for the country.Secondary dance education has cultivated a large number of art professionals for China in the early stage.With the development of higher dance education,the graduates cultivated by secondary dance education no longer meet the employment requirements of art institutions,and the contradiction between the dance talents cultivated by secondary schools and the vocational ability requirements of society and industry positions begins to appear.Therefore,how to improve the teaching quality of secondary dance majors,students’ professional knowledge and skills and vocational ability to meet the employment requirements of the industry has become an urgent problem for secondary schools to solve.The integration of industry and education is an important initiative for the development of modern vocational education,a basic mode of running vocational education in China,and provides a direction for the transformation and development of secondary vocational education.Based on the background of industry-education integration,this paper analyzes the problems among the teaching of practical dance courses in secondary schools and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies,expecting to improve students’ professional knowledge and skills,equip them with vocational ability and professionalism,promote students’ all-round development and meet the needs of talents in the art industry.This article includes six parts.The first part introduces the background of research,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research status,research objects and methods,and research ideas.The second part of the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,introduces the concepts of industry and education integration,secondary vocational education and practical curriculum teaching,expounds the theory of "unity of knowledge and action" and shwab "practical curriculum" theory,and provides the theoretical basis for this paper.The third part,taking Guilin Art School as an example,conducts a case study on the integration of industry and education in secondary vocational dance majors,and introduces the class hour setting,teaching content setting,teaching methods and teaching of secondary vocational dance repertoire rehearsal courses Objectives,teaching staff,and evaluation methods,etc.The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of the practice course teaching of secondary vocational dance practice course teaching with fuzzy teaching objectives,single teaching content,traditional teaching methods and teaching methods and unreasonable teaching evaluation.The fifth part puts forward the optimization strategy for the teaching of secondary vocational dance courses based on the integration of industry and teaching:(1)scientifically formulate course teaching objectives according to the needs of industry talents;(2)rationally arrange the teaching content based on vocational standards;(3)strengthen the construction of "double-qualified" team and change and innovate teaching methods;(4)introduces Enterprise evaluation system,the construction of a scientific teaching evaluation system,and finally illustrate the case of teaching optimization with the teaching design of the play "Xiangshan Shuiyue",The sixth part summarizes the research and puts forward the future teaching reform of secondary vocational dance major.This study takes the integration of industry and education as the background,combines the professional knowledge and skills and vocational ability that secondary dance students must have,improves the deficiencies in the teaching of secondary dance practice courses,enhances the teaching quality of secondary dance special education,and promotes the further education and employment of secondary students. |
