The ever-changing science and technology and rapidly updating knowledge make higher requirements on the improvement of people's comprehensive quality.As cultivation basement for vocational talents,secondary vocational and technical schools must be professional-oriented,and focus on the cultivation of students' comprehensive vocational abilities;on the other hand,they must prepare for the future,pay attention to the basic qualities as well as capacity for sustainability of students.Comprehensive practice courses focus on the interactive integration of theory and practice,which can improve the practical skill and professional quality of students.Secondary vocational technical schools should base themselves on the background of the times and make more active attempts in comprehensive practical courses.They should transform work tasks into curriculum projects,allow students to learn knowledge and skills in a concrete and open environment,train their basic abilities,and help students to establish a solid foundation for future development.This research selected the comprehensive practical curriculum of the Digital Media Major of N Secondary Vocational Technical School as the research object,focusing on the problems in the development of the comprehensive practical curriculum of the art department of the school.This research applied three forms of survey: questionnaire survey,interviewing form and observation from,to investigate the current situation of the development and implementation of the comprehensive practical curriculum of the Art Department of the school.Combined with the theory,the perspectives of curriculum design,implementation,and evaluation were analyzed in;the validity and shortcomings of the comprehensive practice courses of the Art Department of the school were sort out,and corresponding solutions to existing problems were also proposed.There are two aspects of the validity of the comprehensive practical curriculum of the Digital Media Major of N Secondary Vocational Technical School.One is that the goal of the curriculum is set to focus on the cultivation of students' basic qualities,and the students' professional development and learning capabilities of lifelong;the other is to introduce actual projects into the classroom to cultivate students' comprehensive professional abilities in concrete environment.This research found that there are still some problems in the comprehensive practical curriculum of the Art Department of the school,which are the inadequacy of curriculum content,the implementation of curriculum being not able to meet the curriculum objectives and the limited faculty.In response to the above problems,this research puts forward the following recommendations: on the aspect of selection of curriculum content,the school should strengthen supports for comprehensive practical curriculum development,introduce more practical curriculum for teachers and students,and build up a favorable artistic environment for students;on the aspect of curriculum implementation,teachers and school should focus on the consistency of curriculum and management of class schedule,keep promoting the curriculum system,improve the quality of curriculum development;on the aspect of faculty,the school need to focus on the training of teachers' abilities,and the teachers should keep improving the comprehensive capability themselves.The development of the comprehensive practical curriculum in the Art Department is not built in a day.To the existing problems in curriculum development,it requires great efforts,both from the first-line teachers with rich knowledge and skills and the professional scholars with outstanding scientific research capabilities.
