| Physical and mental health problems of children and adolescents have always been a common concern of the whole society. The level of actionactioncoordination ability not only affects the development of children’s actionaction ability and the mastery of actionaction skills, but also affects children’s physical and mental health. The age of 7 – 12 years is a sensitive and critical period for the development of children’s actionaction coordination abilities.Effective exercise interventions to improve children’s actionaction coordination ability at this stage will be of great help to children and adolescents in their future study, work and life.Jazz dance is a rhythmic dance full of energy and movement.Dance has the value of fitness and heart-strengthening,and can not only effectively exercise, but also promote the development of human mental health. Therefore, this paper uses jazz dance to train children and explores the effect of jazz dance on actionaction coordination ability in girls aged 7 – 9 years. At the same time, cultivate their interest in participating in jazz dance learning, and provide more options for their future physical exercise. In this paper, the effects of jazz dance on actionaction coordination ability of female students aged 7-9 years were studied through methods of literature, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, expert interview, questionnaire survey and experiment. The experimental group performed jazz dance learning for 12 weeks, and the control group did not set up an exercise intervention but their daily activities were not affected. Both groups were not undergoing the study of other dances after class. The first and second level teaching materials of the Jazz Dance Examination Center under the Chinese Dance Association were selected as the teaching content. Before the experiment, the two groups were tested for body shape and action coordination ability indicators, there was no significant difference between the two groups before the teaching experiment, and after 12 weeks of jazz dance teaching, the action coordination ability indicators of the two groups were tested again, and all data were statistically analyzed. The results are as follows:(1)There was no significant difference in all test indexes of action coordination ability between the experimental group and the control group duringthe experiment.(2)The experimental group had significant differences in the performance of the round-trip balance beam, response time,two-handed clapping, arch tapping, rope skipping, and ten-change jumping tests compared with the control group after the experiment. After the experiment, there was no significant difference in the test performance of the single-leg station with eyes closed between the experimental group and the control group.(3)After 12 weeks of jazz dance learning in the experimental group, there were significant differences in round-trip balance beam, response time, bimanual clapping, and arch tapping compared with those before the experiment;however, there were highly significant differences in rhythm reproduction, rope skipping, and cross change jumping compared with those before the experiment. The rope skipping and cross change jumping of the control group were significantly different from those before the experimentThe conclusion are as follow: Twelve weeks of jazz teaching can significantly improve the dynamic balance, response ability, rhythm ability, limb cooperation ability and spatial orientation ability of girls aged 7-9 years.Among them, jazz dance has very obvious advantages in improving the rhythm ability, systemic coordination in limb cooperation ability and spatial spatial orientation ability of female students aged7 – 9 years.However,12 weeks of jazz teaching had no significant effect on the improvement of static balance in girls aged 7 – 9 years. |
